Timezone Bunbury

We had an awesome birthday party at Timezone yesterday. Party host- Heath was beautiful, caring, respectful and one of the best hosts ever. We are having parties at Timezone for last 5years. Heath- we are really grateful for all you did for us at the 🎉 party. Thank you so much and God Bless You😇

Wow what a fabulous party for our twin 9 year old boys!! Would like to make special thanks to the amazing party host Jake!! He was so helpful and a great entertainment for the kids. Everything perfect 🤩 thank you 🙏🏻

We went for Lunch at the pub around the corner and saw it coming in.

I loved going to Timezone as a kid in Frankston and the kids love Timezone in Surfers so I had to check it out!

Bought a $50 card which gave you $20 extra

It did not disappoint. New modern machines.

Games where $2.4-$3 a play which is reasonable for new modern machines.

Tickets where fair we won 1900. Kids where happy with the prizes.

Will go back.

We had a great time yesterday! It's such a spacious store with so many game options, whilst there was a small hiccup, Richie was there to help and they were so sweet and understanding. All staff as friendly and constantly smiling and having fun. Would 100% recommend :)

We booked a party at Timezone Bunbury for Mr 8 to celebrate his birthday with a few mates. Communication in the lead up was great. The party itinerary was emailed to us and made it very clear what to expect, and we received a call a week out to confirm numbers and have the opportunity to ask questions

The big day arrived and as we got there, the power went out, meaning we couldn't gain access. Hayley and the team kept in constant communication as the situation unfolded. We were offered the option of postponing, or seeing how things played out. We opted to stay to see how long a reboot took. We had about half an hour of waiting until things started to work again.

Well once the party started, it did so with gusto. Hayley and the team absolutely laid it on. They bent over backwards to do anything to ensure our little man had the absolute time of his life. We were compensated well beyond expectation, nothing was too much trouble and the kids had the absolute best time

What could have been a sad or frustrating situation turned into “the best birthday ever” and the team took everything in their stride, even with the pressure of a dozen cranky kids and frustrated parents in 35° heat. Thank you to Hayley for her professionalism under pressure and spinning a tough situation situation to end up to be an amazing event for our little man

Visited Timezone this morning with four small children. Staff were very helpful and great with the kids. We all had a great time. Thank you.

I took the kids to Timezone today as a treat as they've just started their school holidays. Wow, we had such an awesome experience. We were greeted warmly by Huffy who looked after us multiple times while we visited and also helped us with purchasing some gift cards as Christmas presents. He was so friendly, happy and nothing was ever too much trouble! Thanks again Huffy, you made our day!

Joel and Hailey were super helpful when my son lost his card. We haven't found it, so they're checking cameras and will let us know the outcome. Thanks, guys!

I go to timezone all the time with my family, I went there with my sister today and we had a blast.Huffy was so nice and helpful when the machine was broken and making it so much more fun than it was already. Rikey was very helpful with scanning the minion cards, sorry there was a lot and thanks. See you again soon😁

Huffy went above and beyond. He was so friendly to my cousins (both below 5) and even did magic tricks for them. He also gave recommendations about what to get and overall made it a much better experience

Absolutely love it here! The staff are very kind and helpful, and much nicer than some other timezone locations I've been to. The store is a bit small but contains many fun games and has a great selection of prizes. This is my go-to place for fun in Bunbury 💖💖

Came in today, the workers were absolutely amazing and so chatty, honestly the best customer service I’ve ever seen, one specific worker named Riley helped me so much when the card machine wasn’t working, he was honestly so funny and amazing, will definitely be coming back, an amazing environment.

Amazing 👏 🙀 I hired the party room and was gifted my party host Jake. My daughter said it's the best birthday she has ever had! Jake was so buddy and interactive with the kids making up birthday games as several guest were running late to fill the time in. He ran around making sure all the kids were accounted for happy safe and included.
Thank you so much Jake for making Paige's special day run smoothly and super fuss free for myself as a parent. :)

Heath and Jake did a great job. Came for a party and felt sad. They really made my day by playing with me when none of my friends did. Love those boys!!
