I bought a few items in their Boxing Day sale at 40% off to only be refunded a few hours later. When I called, emailed and instagramed them I was finally told they had a “glitch” in the website. They then went back on all their marketing and said the sale was only in store. Now it seems to have flipped again and there is the sale online but the items I originally bought are a lot more expensive. Still waiting on a reply to my email. Very disappointed by the customer service. This seemed to happen to a few other people but the instagram comments have been removed.
