Officeworks Bunbury

The wife asked me to write in as she would like to acknowledge the very helpful staff member Bella who helped her at the Bunbury W.A. store. Bella and other staff members were having problems with the new photo-printing system that had been installed. But Bella never gave up and was determined to work it out, and she did :-)

As always great staff offering great service

This is a shout out to lovely Harley, who honest couldn't have been more helpful with a printing job at a recent visit. I hope that management gives her the credit that she deserves. 🥰👍🙏

I was in today to get a printout done. The young guy behind the counter was good to deal with, he new his stuff, and the result was exactly what I needed and wanted.

Also, I witnessed a young blonde woman assisting some older gentlemen at the self help photo statio, she showed alot of patience and her customer service was amazing as well.

Well done to all the team!

I've had great experiences most times I visit. Staff are welcoming and willing to help. Return of item was dealt with easily. Good selection of products from stationery, bags, software, phones to furniture. Photo prints, book binding and enlargement to posters are also available. Aisles are clean and neatly organised.

We are from out of town visiting for the weekend, and decided to shop at Officeworks on a Sunday, after vacating our room at the Lord Forrest.
I was after a selections of pens and was lost in the variety you had. There were two mature woman floating around and I asked one of them for help. I think Maria was her name. It was no bother and she knew her pens! She was so helpful, friendly and happy. And that’s very rare these days.
I even came back with my partner to buy more things. I was so happy with the customer service that I received. Thinking to myself, I’m coming back when here again to say hello and of course buy something as your selection of products are great.

Went in to buy a printer. The lovely lady that served us was very helpful and friendly. Think her name was something like Kalina???? Sorry if I got it wrong. Three days later the printer turned out to be a dud. Returned it and had the pleasure of being served by Callum. So helpful and so friendly, he made the process of the refund quick and easy. Will definitely be back.

We always have an excellent experience at the Bunbury store. Caren really knows her stuff and was super helpful finding the stationary we needed for the new school year. Caitlin at the checkout was amazing. Best customer service all round. Thanks team!

Awesome customer service - made contact via email after unable to unload house plans I required printing. Staff phoned me back, plan prints were ready on time and for a very reasonable price. The prompt, polite service was really appreciated.

Huge shout out to Jesse, in Officeworks Bunbury. Jesse went above and beyond expectations helping change my Galaxy Watch from Japanese to English & then helping match it to my Samsung Note. He was very helpful, patient and respectful of a senior, who really appreciated his assistance 🤩
