This friendly and helpful young lady served us immediately and expedited the purchase. Wanted to take a moment to write a review for the staff at terry white cairns central. I was time poor and needed a COVID booster vaccine urgently in order to be allowed on my international flight. They went above and beyond to enable me to get it in quickly enough to make my flight. The pharmacist Ali helped me significantly. I greatly appreciate the customer care the staff displayed. Amazing, friendly, professional service. I can easily manage and put in my scripts via the app. They have gone above and beyond when it comes to answering any questions and are quick to deal with any issues. Their opening hours allow me to pop in after work. I feel truly looked after.

Was served by a lovely chap behind the counter and the assistants and counter staff were all also very lovely. I waited a short time and there was ample seating. Very professional and outstanding customer service. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I was on holiday in Cairns last week and had a need to go to a pharmacy on Sunday. I want to thank the lovely lady who helped me. I needed to explain quite a personal medical condition to be sure to get the correct item. She was so thoughtful and genuinely caring I wanted to hug her. This place is fantastic they have heaps of stocking stuffer ideas and loads of box sets for Xmas. I put a script in and within minutes it was ready Megan was very helpful and well presented completing my transaction in seconds with a friendly smile and welcoming manner. The store is very clean and Covid check in is easily food at the entry. No boxes to walk around in the isles was a welcome site. I will definitely using this chemist as my go to chemist from now on.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I use Terry White Chemists regularly. They are always friendly, efficient and prescriptions are always done in a timely way considering there are some busy periods. Stores are always clean and now after refurbishment, the Cairns Central Shopping Center store, is set out well when you may need other items. If you need cysromer service assistance to find items in aisles they are always willing to help. No age bias here.
The Chemist is available for advice and customers can ask questions. Note, it can take a little time to talk with Chemists anywhere as they are busy often. Chemists are highly qualified and do explain medications carely and list safety issues about what you have been prescribed. They can assist in advising non prescription items to assist you including if you wish or could take other non prescribed items with your medicines. Cairns store in Cairns Central operates at same level as other stores. Its always been a pleasant experience for me.

Top floor of Cairns Central. Top chemist too. AKA pharmacy and drugstore in some countries. Doctors' prescriptions expertly filled. This store has a very wide range of so much more. If you cannot see a doctor but want professional medical assistance, this is the place to ask.
