The specialist facility was clean, quiet and well ordered. The reception staff were both helpful and efficient even requesting, with humour, that I complete the initial form on “both” sides.
Waiting time was minimal. Specialist attention by Dr. Alice Dobson was excellent. Alice explained medical terms and practices with clarity and was receptive to a barrage of questions.
Very conveniently the pharmacy is located in same building so requisitioned medication was seamless. I recommend this facility to any person within Cairns regions seeking good quality medical advice and direction.

Wait time was near none, in on time.
Modern facility and waiting rooms with kids activities especially important if you have a ASD kids lol.

Service was quick and efficient. The reception and waiting area is also very comfortable and access to the building is very easy. Ground level entrance followed by a flight of stairs, there is also an elevator access available.

Great customer service from reception staff, DR was friendly, listened and treated me with respect. No mansplaining.

We found Dr Ebner to be incredibly thorough, and kind, who took his time to get the very best understanding of a situation where he was provided inadequate information from the school. He does not rush a diagnosis. A very considerate doctor who made my child(ren) feel comfortable in his presence.

This was our first trip to the cairns office, the receptionists were lovely, the children enjoyed watching the sea life on the tv in the waiting room. My sons alway find Dr Arno hilarious and fun to interact with. He is great with information, great for listening and understanding from the parent point of view.

Fantastic experience seeing Dr Ebner. He was thorough, informative and managed to get our son to feel included and heard as well as having a good time in the "Secret room". We, as parents, felt heard, understood and respected all the way.

Dr Amy Taylor is wonderful. She has a lovely welcoming aura that made me feel at ease despite being in an uncomfortable situation. She asked all the right questions and gained a thorough history which made me feel seen & understood. She also took the time to explain procedures and findings so that I was involved at every step. It’s really refreshing to feel genuinely cared for. Thank you again! 😊

Went to Cairns Doctors on Barr Street, Cairns for the first time today, my GP, John Buhagiar, moved there so I followed. What a wonderful friendly team, receptionist were super welcoming and made transferring and booking in so easy. Marvellous John is always amazing and the nurse, who stuck me with a jab was just lovely. Thanks Guys, I'll see you in a month. Highly recommend this practise to everyone.

My sons experience in today’s appointment was a Amazing with the Tv displaying Great Barrier Reef and the sounds ,Beautiful Pictures on the wall books to read , greetings on Arrival relaxing to take it all in thank you Cairns Doctors on Bar street .

Receptive staff. Wait time was less than 15 minutes. The doctor was friendly, empathetic and informative.

I have been chronically ill for 5 years. This was my first visit with Dr Shayne Ahboo. He is such a lovely man. Very welcoming, very knowledgeable & very thorough. I felt heard & extremely comfortable with him. At this stage, he has ordered quite a few tests. I feel he will be able to help me…..No pressure….😬…..All the ladies on reception were also welcoming, kind & helpful. That is very nice, when you’re feeling so unwell. Thank you! See you next time.

I rang hoping for an appointment as soon as possible and the lovely lady that answered was so understanding of my situation with my son and I was fortunate enough to get an appointment the same day.

All the staff are very understanding, polite and greet you with a warm welcome and a smile, they're highly knowledgeable and I can not recommend the wonderful staff and Dr Prasanth Sivasankar highly enough.

Had a bit of wait, but the receptionists are friendly and help you out, the center is cleaned and air conditioned and the doctors listen and help you to the best of their ability, and there’s a pharmacy right next door.

My skin-check was on time, thorough and the doctor communicated really well about the process. I know how to prwvent problems, what to look out for and timeframes for management
