If you need anything from a pharmacy then Chemist Warehouse is definitely the place to go. Their prices are up to 50% less than anywhere else including your local chemist. They have a huge range of items from personal products to vitamins, etc. The staff are very helpful and so this place is highly recommended.

Chemist warehouse is my go to chemist specifically for the pharmacy and the low prices. They have a good range of products and the pharmacy staff are always incredible and do their best to make sure you have a great experience. One of the pharmacists who has helped me on numerous occasions is Ryan, he is very professional and has an incredible knowledge with what he does. In the time I have been going there he has assisted me on the phone and in person, even putting in the time to sit aside with me once to explain my new script that I didn’t know much about. If anyone needs a new pharmacist, I can whole heartedly recommend Ryan and chemist warehouse for a pharmacist who actually cares about your wellbeing and will take the time to help.

CW has a great system in place to serve customers as quickly as possible. They have a snake front counter line and seperate drop off and pick up prescription sections. Service is always friendly and pretty quick when it isn’t completely full of customers.

Pretty good experience picking up my prescriptions at this chemist.

Looks like they are able to provide Covid vaccinations… but not many folks taking up the offer. I would say, don’t wait until it’s too late !

I purchased perfume, with click and collect, it was so easy. My friend picked it up for me, with no problems. I would shop here again. I got a bargain!

We are holidaying in Cairns from Melbourne and unfortunately have both contracted Covid. I got an escript from my dr and called cairns chemist warehouse. The pharmacist I spoke to (I think Ryan) could not have been more helpful and even delivered right to our door. And was happy to include other supplies such as pain meds and tissues. He was a real lifesaver for us thanks

I have used CW as a secondary pharmacy outlet several times, over many years & most recently, having had excellent service & help re several national/statewide medication shortages, where my primary pharmacy were, on these occasions, unable to assist me.
I am exceptionally grateful for the assistance as provided & do not hesitate to highly recommend Chemist Warehouse in these regards, along with superb service & the very wide range of goods, fragrances, vitamins/minerals, sports & activity supplements & for the always friendly advice from all levels of staff.

Been going here for years now and it’s always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly, helpful and long term. So to all the staff and also to whoever manages and owns this particular franchise - hats off to you all for doing such a great job. I’ve been to other franchises such as in Brisbane and they are no where near as good :)

Appreciation shout out to the Pharmacist on at 8 am this morning. He was knowledgeable, humble, considerate and thoughtful. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed as I estimate he was in his early 20's. Excellent customer service and a kind nature that will have many returning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went for an allergy medicine which I had forgotten to carry with me and I did not remember the name. Joyce was very kind and called the medical store back in Sydney, got the name of the medicine and helped me out. I was very thankful as it would have otherwise ruined my whole trip. Thank you Joyce for the wonderful customer service and also for making the trip memorable with your kind gesture. World needs more people like you. :)

Left a review about the treatment I recieved, things were resolved by the head pharmacist Alice at my next visit. She is amazing and caring soul whom has your wellbeing and health at no1 priority

The Pharmacist named Q.B went over and above the call of duty to help me with an emergency medication request. She spoke directly with the drug manufacturer and my personal doctor on multiple occasions to ensure a viable solution could be offered before a very short deadline. So biggggg compared to melb stores and so efficient in serving big crowds unlike boxhill chemist warehouses all 3 of them that always make u wait at least 20 mins for scripts ridiculously slow and terrible customer service that's never prompt like I found cairns chemist warehouse to always be prompt friendly service and no lengthy unrealistic waiting times

Very Friendly and helpfull staff. Can find 85% of the things i need here, well sorted. One star minus because my favourite worker didn't want to Hang out, one star plus because she is great otherwise (Hi dreadlock girl, with the nice smile) ;). Haha i recommend this place!
