Swift, Apt and friendly service, being there many a times during rush hours but this place has never disappointed to maintain its reputation especially *Yousuf Mohammad* who handles the store mostly during my visits.

Accidentally dropped my wallet yesterday so I called them yesterday. The man on the phone is great and polite aswell. Today I went back to pick it up. And when I told them that I rang up yesterday regarding about my wallet. Seems like the lady at the counter don't want to hand it to me after I answered all the question asked and she even said why did I left it here. I explained it what happen and and she was hesitant to hand it to me even though I told her to look at my license with my picture in it. Cut it short after 5-10mins she gave it to me.

I stopped for petrol yesterday (Thursday 26 July 2018 at approximately 5:30pm), went in to pay and stood at the counter for over a minute while the cashier totally ignored me as he continued his text message conversation. It wasn’t until I said that I was in a hurry that he actually bothered to put the purchase through - and even then he was still texting, got it wrong and had to put it in again. Zero acknowledgement, no eye contact, generally appalling service.

Said its closed at around 1am in the morning on 23/05 when the store is open 24/7 and i wasn’t there for fuel.

Edit: bought chips on 13/07/2019 marked down to $1 thought a pretty good deal until got home to find out they expired almost a week ago on 07/07/19. Someone tell the manager there that it’s illegal to sell items past there best before date.

Just left Guildford branch (1.1. 22:00 ) with feeling as a idiot because of terrible manners of that stupid guy behind the till. I got a lecture that I am not allowed to take a paper box if i wanna purchase only two donuts? What a hilarious comment! Buddy you better take of ur mobile while u are serving a customer instead of telling me what to use to pack my stuff. Such a bad attitude!! Need to improve customer service!!

No bloody restroom and its located on the main road. Every time I ask to use restroom they say we don't have one but you can go and use oporto restroom. But I am your customer not oporto. I will be complaining to head office

The Night shift guy must be sleeping Often I've gone there twice during the week at 4am and it's closed. Tried calling and the line is busy. Please hire someone who works.
