Shell Coles Express Guildford

I just now visited shell the customer service was very polite with lots of patience. Australia still need this kind of workers to maintain a positive environment anywhere in the Australia and got very impressive with customer service. A big thumps up for shell coles express Guildford for having such a nice staff, keep it up guys 👍🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Newish service station. Easy to approach and is quiet spacious. Friendly staff member, usual range of Coles Express specials, recommend the coffee.

Large store. Petrol not that cheap, but great convenience store. As an added bonus, one of the few Coles Express stores where English is spoken fluently.

Good for a quick buy of necessities and the cashier seems very vigilant observing even me as a customer with a baby, not surprised since the mcdonalds next door serves dodgy customers

very bad customer service by Chaitu he didn’t accept my discount code. I have my discount from my workplace for coles express and i always used it everywhere even i used in this same store before.
That guy his name is Chaitu he was very rude and talking like he own the place and no respect for the customer.
He even didn’t gave me any reason why he can’t accept that discount.
Never use this serve again and i want to complain to the head office.

I usually put petrol at the bp on guildford road but my kid love little shop so thought i would just filled up there for once. And i was totally disappointed. The staff are not friendly at all. No greetings, no acknowledging of the kid and will just ask rudely if i want some banana bread. Sorry, you could do better with customer service. Bp might not have any little shop, but the kid love when the shop attendant greet her back when she say hi and that make a Lot of difference. Try once and little shop or not i won t be back.

Pathetic customer service! Pumps overprice the fuel. Car runs with a miss with their premium fuel. When questioned manager about the fuel, he assumed I didn't have money to pay..
Better petrol and service 500m up the road

Hary was very rude and poor customer service. That employee takes things very personally. I am very disappointed with his behaviour.

Worst store
Came to pick some grocery around 10:45, the operator started yelling at me and turned off the lights while I was still shopping 11/11/22

Friendly staff But their petrol price needs to lowered its 40cent higher than the other petrol stations.

Pump and shop were closed at 11.15 pm.
