HBZ & MCT Atherton has something to get most people movin & groovin - even if gym isn't your thing (like me). I totally love the dynamism offered by HBZ Atherton (unexpected pleasant surprise at first, now in totally into it & miss it of i can't go).

Also as an adaptive 'athlete' I vouch for the fact they work very well with adaptation too. Never patronising.

Flexible non locked in membership is really considerate of those who have a lot of demands on our time, like travel etc.

Aaron Dozier Excercise Physiology, at HBZ facillity is also primo. One of the best excercise physiologists I've ever had.

Started CrossFit to add some exercise to my life & get fit at the age of 39! 5 years on; almost 44 & I’m fitter than I was in my teens, 20’s or 30’s! But CrossFit has bought more than fitness to my life. With the support of HBZ coaches & the community I have discovered so much more about myself & gained the mental strength & confidence that filters through other aspects of my life! Start CrossFit UNFIT because that will soon change if you just turn up & workout & have fun😊✨
