Lovely service: quick and friendly parcel pickup even though it was peak.

Excellent Post Office. The staff are VERY tolerant seeing as they have to deal with a large percentage of clueless halfwits (designated the general public)

Have been in twice, once to open a PO box and once to collect a parcel. Both times, the staff were helpful and friendly. Has a parcel collection locker system outside along with the usual post office functions inside. Parking on site as well.

I asked thousands of questions regarding re direction mails and registration of PO post box, the lady Lisa was very very patient and didn't even make any negative reaction when i asked for an withdrawal of my registration.. thank you so much, very happy to live in cairns cuz of ppl like you!

I sent a package and felt the charge for insurance was too great...but i posted package and walked away...i was outside for a while and realised that what was sending cost too much not to insure. ..so i went back in they endeavoured to help me resend the package with insurance. ..it was a difficult task and even though i was getting more and more anxious ...and a little upset ...they still helped me to insure and send...and my package is on it's way...great customer service. ..thank you...

I got served by a man called Adrian I think. Absolutely awesome customer service. Man needs a pay rise to keep him there. Went beyond to help me get my package

The staff at Australia Post Sheridan Street Cairns City are constantly exceptional I could recount many occasions where they've gone out of their way to be helpful. As well as this they're always friendly and seemed to enjoy their work I mainly interact with the parcel section but thanks to all the staff at Australia Post Cairns City. I'd give you ten ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if it was an option✔

Cairns' biggest Australia Post Office, in CBD. 24X7 parcel Lockers, opens on Saturday.

Really friendly and very helpful staff. Been here 3 times, looked after me and noted others very well even when it is busy.

Do passport applications, ID checks all.

Only thing is no direct wheelchair access I could see from street, I suppose there is one through the side car park.

Street and Aus Post dedicated car park.

Close buy, cafe, shopping, police, court, and all.

Just bought some stamps, friendly staffs

On Monday the 11th of February i stopped by the Post Office on Sheridan St Cairns so i could return my Foxtel Box
The service from Julie was exellent,  Julie was very courteous as she greeted not only me but others she served before me, very helpful as she helped me pack the Box. Julie is a Champion. Thank you Julie, there are few and far between like you. You are a Champion Julie. People like you make the Difference.  Keep up the great work

The very latest type of post shop. Plenty of parking. Bags and stamps can be bought from a machine. Packages can, by arrangement, sent to a secure locker for pickup. Post boxes for national and international items.

This store was exceptional. Neat, clean and courteous staff. Lots of products for home or office. 24/7 kiosk out the front too. Ample parking.
