As other reviews say, excellent coffee, good coffee art, stylish funky ambience, good service AND - last but not least! They serve proper salted butter with the croissants, not the ridiculous unsalted grease that seems popular these days. Good

The only specialist coffee shop in cairns! Using the best coffee bean, good barista skills. I ordered a mocha with 40% sweet and my partner order 70% cocoa. The texture of the coffee is really enrich. Unlike the experience of having coffee else where. I definitely will recommend this coffee shop to who loves coffee! They do the best in cairns. And they also served sparking water for free while you are having coffee in there Thanks blackbirds❤

The owners are incredible, so down for earth and truly passionate about their coffee. They put some much love and care into everything. Such a beautiful atmosphere. It’s always quite busy, but that’s just a testament to how good they are. I love their chai lattes, banana bread and their affogatos.

Best coffee in Cairns! So smooth and great strength. Comfy chairs with pillows, powerpoints to plug in phones or laptops. Usually closed on public holidays though, so make sure you double check

We stayed in Cairns for 3 nights and our go to Coffee fix for 3 days is Blackbird! We loooooove their coffee so much. Not sure if it's because it's organic but we enjoy every morning because of their coffee. It's inside a laneway. We're supposed to go to the one right outside the laneway but the cafe wasntoo quirky for us. Lol!

Tasty flat white and cake! Nice balance of cake not being too sweat and matched with coffee. It get so crowded in the morning, maybe grab and go can be a choice

Really nice coffee shop with good service & staff! The coffee beans were perfect blende & well roasted and so were the pastries. We got their Almond milk and regular milk coffees which were both really well made and had good quality roasted coffee.

Their chocolate pastry which was actually some chocolate pieces baked into a pastry is definitely worth trying.

Super friendly owners & tasty coffee. I bought the Aeropress Go here for my travels and they surprised me with a free bag of coffee beans to go with it - delighted!

Coffee was the best I have had in FNQ and staff were super lovely. Visited three times and didn’t try anywhere else cause the coffee was so tasty!
