JB Hi-Fi Melrose Park HOME

I’ve purchased products from here twice and most recently Jack the store manager was absolutely wonderful. Generally speaking I find JB hi-fi staff, very knowledgeable about their products and always happy to help and offer advice.

Great service again. I had to return earbuds which through no fault of JB HIFI, one of them was faulty. The staff member who served me, Sam, was excellent. He listened to my explanation and the different options I had tried to get the earbud to work and then checked the product to make sure there wasn't something I was missing and then issued a replacement with no hesitation. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Sam and JB HIFI.

I went there looking for a specific item which they had. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. All done very quickly.

A lovely young lady helped me price match an item and then the sales assistant at the checkout was super polite and helpful. A great experience all round.

I really like this place and highly recommend it. Prices are competitive! As someone who shops online mostly, a shop has to offer something I can’t get online and this place does. It has stuff you otherwise might not find with good prices. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The best JB Hi-fi in my opinion, way quieter and less chaotic than Marion and the CBD. Everything is much easier to find and there's a lot more space.

How nice to go to a retail store and have a person willing to help.

Was passed on by a couple of staff members to someone with more knowledge. Was worth waiting for him as he had all the information. Was pleased to see the staff member stay and learn while I was being given the information I needed. She was even asking questions as I left. Loved the interaction from both.

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy A8 Tablet and a cover plus extended warranty. Sales guy was helpful and the Tablet is awesome thanks!

Good prices will always beat there competitors prices even online.

For an old fogey it can be a touch overwhelming but it's an Aladdin's cave of good stuff at generally competitive prices (and they match price for you).
Depending how busy it is, the staff are very helpful, interested in your journey and happy to follow questions up. JB keep on the leading edge of trade so often can't be beaten online, and with the support of a real store and options to extend warranties its kinda worth staying local.

Great number of quality entertainment items that are priced to keep the others honest. Good service from accessible staff in areas of interest to me on the day. No encouragement to wear masks in such a busy store the only negative for me.

The service is amazing. After purchasing a pair of headphones, I found that the box was empty. Obviously, someone stole the headphones and the service person kindly exchanged them for me. I really appreciate it
