Jeremy the manager went above and beyond today helping me with drinks for a big function.
His knowledge of the wines and bourbon is second to none and nothing was to hard.
I would highly recommend seeing Jeremy and his team.

I think the staff go over and above. If they haven't got a particular item in one store? They sure as he'll get it from the other one. Now that's customer service having to run from one outlet to the next. Great selection of craft beer with very competitive prices. Now I am not a wine drinker? And one of the staff (Antonio I Think) picked out this very good Muscato that was fantastic. My local from now on.

Unlike, Aly and Tim Lavis my experience with this bottle shop, has been wonderful. The customer service is so welcoming! I come in daily to buy my De Bortolli Sacred Hill Tawny Port and every-time I come in they treat me like family. The new bottle shop manager has so much knowledge about craft beer and spirits it’s unbelievable. The two young men that work there have unbelievable banter with their customers and us regular customers even call one of them the Gin specialist. But it just doesn’t stop there, the inside shop across from coles is always so welcoming. When ever I buy a carton of beer the woman behind the counter always helps me put it in my trolley. On Saturday nights there’s a employee named Steve, wow does he have a lot of knowledge about alcohol! It’s honestly crazy! This place has one of the best customer services to do it

Manager Jermey has taken good care of the place, been shopping here for years. Great range of spirits, especially South Australian Gins. Highly recommend visiting this shop.

Was just taken care of by David and mony, great customer service, great range of beers. Mony was quick and David knew he’s stuff when it came to wines.

New store in the Castle Plaza shopping centre, for all of your Wines, Beer and Spirits, great prices, easy access and always something on Special, well lit and stocked, located next to the Castle Plaza tavern and opposite Coles down the southern end, it was 'Get A Bargain' before which closed down about a month ago

Their great selection is back, complimented by knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Win win guys, keep up the great work!!

This bottle shop is not particularly large, but the range wines and beers that they carry certainly is. They make the local Liquorland look really poor. It is really pleasing to see a great variety of wines and beers from smaller wineries and breweries on display. If you are driving down South Road, this place is worth a visit. Just turn west at Red Rooster.

These guys are lazy and rude, on multiple occasions they've given me the impression they can't be f'd doing their job. Culminating in today when just wanted to grab a six pack, grabbed some change lying around the house get down there and he asked me to go get notes from inside the hotel so he didn't have to deal with the change. I'm sorry but aren't you being paid to serve me, why am I doing your work. Just order it online you'll get better service.

Went into this CASTLE PLAZA store at around 11am today to purchase 2 bottles of expensive Whisky Moet and some Red wine the male assistant NEVER SPOKE I didn't think he was a mute blind deaf or unable to walk but he never attempted to move off the chair or speak he sat by the register so I couldn't actually see the stock behind him. Another lady came to pay for her items he still never moved of his chair to serve her he gestured to me to move out of her way and reached acress the counter with some effort to reach her i5em to scan her item again never got off the chair I WALKED OUT AT THAT POINT IM DONE NEVER AGAIN (people Like that would wonder why they get abused) and im not an advocate for abuse but seriously that was really bad DISGUSTING SERVICE NEVER AGAIN If you don't like your mate job get another one you give retail workers a bad reputation
