A Must-Visit!

Dined at Bouzy Rouge and was blown away! The interior is uniquely charming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were super nice and helpful, enhancing the dining experience. The marinated olives were a delight, but the highlight was the slow-cooked lamb – absolutely out of this world. Highly recommend for an unforgettable meal!

Had a lovely birthday night here. The food is amazing and I I’ve got a good vibe. If you bring your own cake for sharing, the restaurant will charge $4/ pp, which I think is reasonable.

The atmosphere was great. The tapas and churros are the best I've had.

What an eclectic mix of furniture. A great laid back atmosphere. Food was delicious. Definitely try a variety of the tapas plates. I would recommend the Jamon croquettes and Paela as they were my favourite. However kids loved the beef rib eye and chorizo. Staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back to try othe dishes.

The ambiance here is so arty, golden and amazing! So relaxing and cosy. The staff is really nice and the Paella I had was exquisite. Probably the best Paella I have had in Melbourne. It was so authentic with the proper rice crust on the bottom. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful place with eclectic decor and delicious food and extremely pleasant staff at the same time! Nicholas and Kevin were delightful and made the experience so much better with their ever smiling face. Shout out to the team for a great job!

quirky restaurant with funky decor, we really liked how it's a little bit different! service was quick and friendly. We tried a variety of food including the Jamon croquette, paella, heirloom tomato salad, octopus which was all delicious! The only dish we tried and wouldn't recommend was the saganaki - as it was on the warm side, therefore was too firm. might be better served on a hot plate of some sort that can retain the heat better.

Really great place for an quiet intimate lunch. Service was amazing, made sure we got drinks coming, but let us eat & have a nice conversation alone. We really appreciated that.

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he let us have a look at the function space upstairs, had a really nice chat about the venue.

Octopus & Scallops were cooked to perfection! Not too chewy, really tender & soft, the Romesco sauce was balanced.

Steak was proper Medium Rare, & the chips were crunchy and hot.

The Bouzy Rouge is terrific and Reggie (the head waiter) is always good for a laugh and a bit of fun. The scallops are to die for and all the food is excellent. Best to share everything (except MY scallops)

Spent from 1:30-9:30 here on Sunday Dec 3.. our fourth visit .. we were treated to an impromptu music fest by the very talented Antonio.. Jose the owner was so charming and friendly.. we finished the evening with a fabulous dinner .. the customer service was beyond excellent .. the shared lamb shoulder was to die for .. we’ll be back when next in Melbourne 🥰🙌🥰🙌

The Bouzy Rouge is probably the best pub in Melbourne. The atmosphere and the decor, the service, the amazing food and frankly quite intimidating wine list come together to make a visit here a no brainer. You can easily rack up a serious bill here but order conservatively and you will eat and drink very well for a fair price considering the quality of the food and beverage. I spent two hours sitting under the umbrellas on Bridge Rd, on a sunny Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a couple of glasses of very delicious Rustic Bay Pinot Noir, the grilled squid, and garlic prawns. Highly recommend both dishes but I am sure whatever you order, it will be fantastic!

Everything was mega, I like that they spaced out the food and although it was busy it wasn’t a rush to get us out and everything was so tasty. The best meal I’ve had in the 15 months I’ve been here

Absolutely amazing, the food was surpurb and the service outstanding. We celebrated my wife's birthday and all the staff bent over backwards for us...do yourself a flavour...😛....and get there....✌

I hosted a lunch for 26 people in the function room on the first floor. The staff were very accommodating. We had the $95 function menu where I could choose some of the items to add to the tapas entree and mains. The food was presented well and really delicious. Everyone made comment on the atmosphere and the generous servings. This is not the first function I have hosted at this venue and definitely will not be the last. Highly recommend.

Outstanding experience Best Spanish food we have enjoyed since eating out in Spain.

This, was, SO fun! The decor is an Instagram wonderland, so eclectic! The food was truly amazing. We had the Saganaki and was soooo good, Tasmanian Scallops were delicious and presented in a very beautiful shell, Paella was flavoured through and through, Roast Pumpkin really hit the spot! Amazing service, delicious food, and a really fun atmosphere!!

Came for an express lunch with the girls and had a wonderful time before school pick up beckoned. Would love to come back on a Sunday for the Sangria & Paella special :)

Went here for Mother's Day today for the first time and it was an amazing experience from the friendly staff, amazing food and great atmosphere. Highly recommend Bouzy Rouge and we will definitely be going back again.!!! Muchas Gracias!!!

Been here twice. First time the highlights for me were the duck and the lamb special for 2. Today I went by myself and had the Cassoulet. Beautiful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a nice and relaxing atmosphere. I will return.
