Very happy that we went with them. With so many solar installers out there, choosing a provider that we can trust was our priority and they just nailed it. From quote to install everything was smooth and well communicated. To know that if anything goes wrong they are here locally was another key factor. The installation team worked very hard on a hot summer's day too. Highly recommended!!

I have only good things to say about the team from Solargain in East Gippsland. The system designer Mat, came onsite, discussed everything with me and looked at the installation in detail, before preparing a very professional quote. There was some uncertainty about the installation date, which could have been communicated a bit better, but overall Solargain handled the whole process very professionally. I also like that they employ all their own qualified trades people, rather than using contractors. I'd recommend Solargain to anyone considering a new solar PV system.

I have zero complaints, they did what they said they'd do and in the time frame and process that they said would happen.

The sales/quoting process exceeded my expectations. We chose Solargain Gippsland because they did a site visit and I was able to meet the person who would be supporting us through this installation. They were not the cheapest of the quotes that we received, but we felt very confident in the advice that was given and that they were genuine in helping us choose well.

The installation was amazing! A crew of about eight people arrived when they said they would and were clearly ready to work safely and efficiently to complete the work within a day. I was really pleased that I did not detect any cigarettes (either from the smell of smoke, or butts on the ground) - my assumption is that none of the workers were smokers but if they were, they were extremely discreet.

The Team Leader kept me informed of progress and when the power needed to be turned off. The Team Leader was patient with me to make sure I was comfortable with the decisions that were being made about the position of the PV panels before continuing with the work. The team were very mindful of taking care with the fragile roof tiles when breakages are common. I was really happy that only one tile was broken when I was preparing for there to be many more.

The customer service throughout the process and afterwards has been the best I have ever seen! It gave me great comfort to be able to email or call Solargain Gippsland and speak directly to my contact there. I have been informed of all the steps along the way and feel that I have made a really good decision to work with this company.

My experience with SolarGain was excellent from my initial enquiry at the office, through the quoting process to the actual installation. Everybody acted very professionally and explained the options for their recommended systems clearly. The installation team were efficient and also explained everything clearly. I first met up with Solargain in 2018 when they supplied me with a quote to install a 60Kw (144 panel system) to one side of my business. At first I was sceptical about the outlay of capital and what was I going to save from my excessive power bills by going solar.
They explained all of the steps from quotes, application with the power companies, installation and the return I expected to achieve on my investment. Two years on and I’m so happy that I went with Solargain. All of what they had said has happened and we are now saving $2,000 per month on average on our power bill.
I’m so impressed with Patric Neidhart and his team at Solargain to the point that we have gone Solar at home with an 8Kw system. This 24 panel system is so efficient that we have yet to receive a power bill at home as it keeps us in credit. We use these credits to pay off our Gas bill.
This year we intend to add an additional 60kw to our business installation as it has shown us it’s a cash positive outcome.
The team at Solargain are highly professional, honest, neat, polite, and clean up after themselves.
