Aptus Plumbing & Gas - Plumbers Brisbane

We recently engaged the services of Aptus Plumbing and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Our repair was handled exceptionally well by both Will and the admin support team. Our plumbing matter required an innovative solution that Will the plumber followed through professionally. In this day and age this level of customer service was outstanding; so much so that I decided to post this review - something I don’t often do! Thank Team Aptus - you get our gold star plumbing award!

We called Aptus Plumbing after our previous plumber had done a runner on our renovation. It was a pleasure dealing with the office team and the team on site were on time, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. On a subsequent job the team never gave up trying to find the solution to the problem. They communicated well, from explaining the problem to the proposed solutions and the next steps as they went.
I have no hesitation in recommending them family and friends.

Had a gas leak and the response from Aptus was immediate. The guy that came out after hours was Mitch. He was fantastic, informing me of his ETA. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. He got the job done quite quickly considering, and was happy to show me how to safely reignite my pilot flame in the gas box (not sure what it’s called), located at the front of the property. I would highly consider Mitch to be the contact plumber for my other property.

Will(1) and Will(2) 😊 were absolutely delightful - very professional, thorough, polite and knowledgeable. The office staff are also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend engaging the services of Aptus Plumbing.👍

Dallas was so efficient and fixed the issue in no time. He was incredibly friendly and talked me through everything so I knew what he was doing and why the issue was occurring. Will be recommending him to others.

Our storm water system was causing issues with blockages, over flowing gutters and downpipes. Nick used the jet rodder to clear the pipes and a camera to pinpoint exactly where the problems were so it can be repaired with out too much digging.

We had a bit of an emergency when we had no water. Aptus Plumbing arrived very quickly and dealt with the problem very quickly and professionally. I thoroughly recommend Aptus Plumbing.
