Great customer service by the gentleman who served us ( I did ask your name but have forgotten).
You popped the shoes aside whilst I had to get to an appointment, didn’t make me feel any pressure to buy them, looked into the other pair I wanted also.

Big shout out to Claudia! Very professional and a big help! Claudia was not pushing me to buy anything- I came to my own terms on that but she was able to put my mind at ease as I was worried about maintenance and staining to the boots as well as breaking them in. Her ability to put all my concerns at ease made me end up buying two pairs! You know when you go to retail stores and you can tell the staff don’t want to be there serving you so you just try and do your own thing and just grab them when you need that size or something like that? Claudia was the complete opposite and was so so helpful- knew her stuff at Timberlands back to front! I’ve never had such great and professional service! Claudia should be given a raise!! Big THANK YOUs to Claudia!

Timberland staff at chadstone and southwarf stores were so helpful, over last weekend I purchased a pair of shoes and accidentally got the wrong size, I rang chadstone store where the very friendly gentleman helped me find the size I needed and got south warf to hold them for me, when I entered south warf store to pick up my store they knew who I was immediate and were so friendly and made exchange in size so easy, the staff are cheerful happy and kind and they even congratulated me on my 10 year anniversary, thankyou so much guys!! Amazing work!!
