Lovely place with seating area - atmosphere and service are great. The staff is working very hard to make sure customer satisfaction is on point which is quite unique as most of other coffee shops will turn a blind eye on it. Thank you for looking after us - we will definitely come back 😊

One of my favorite spots in Chadstone Shopping Centre. With a wide range of praline, beautiful hot chocolate and of course the friendly service. You can’t go wrong with this. Highly recommended 👍

I purchased a box of beautiful chocolates today in the Koko Black store in Chadstone Shopping Centre. The chocolates, as always were very impressive with an amazing array of flavours. I was able to choose my selection of chocolates which were then packed in a pretty very well designed box. The service was outstanding. Jen, a senior staff member was delightful and could not have been more helpful. Jen was genuinely interested in my reason for buying the chocolates and described the options that were available to me. I was very impressed with her pleasant, personal service. Isabella was then asked to help me with chocolate choices. She was very sweet and professional with an excellent knowledge of the product.

Overall a very lovely experience. Well done Koko Black and a very big, grateful thank you to Jen and Isabella. I will visit again soon 😄

This place offers some of the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever tried. The drink is very heavy and I recommend having it after food.

The chocolate is really rich and great in taste as what it was famous for. But we didn't expect their vanilla ice cream is great as well. Definitely worth the visit

Very nice place to indulge your sweet tooth cravings . We love the place,the service was excellent. Today the waiter Yoshi was very professional,incredibly polite and welcoming.
The hot belgian chocolate was amazing as well as the cappuccino.We enjoyed the hot panini sandwiches ( roasr beef and chicken and avo)and the sweets were yumm.Highly recommend to pop by and treat yourself a fabulous chocolate decadence and memorable experience.

Chadstone on Boxing Day was extremely exhausting and to find a nice quiet table away from it all to be greeted with smiles (even though the staff also were exhausted from the Christmas build up and their own Christmas Day) was very much appreciated….service was prompt and let us relax for half an hour before we went home…. Btw the hot chocolate and ice coffee was yummy

I love Koko Black chocolates. I visited the Chadstone store recently and tried the chocolates for the first time, such high quality premium chocolates. I placed a big online order as Christmas gifts for relatives and besides a delivery hiccup, I received WONDERFUL and prompt customer service from Courtney at Koko Black head office (I couldn't find their google reviews) Thank you Koko Black. Cannot recommend Koko Black enough.

Perfect, even for someone who doesn't like sweet stuff like me. Coffee great too. Lovely environment, helpful staff, reasonable price and, most importantly, amazing chocolate!! A must-go for chocolate lovers.

Delicious desserts and great coffee!

Lovely coffee and delicious morning tea treats. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly which made a visit here very pleasant. It is a bit on the pricey side but it is a great place to go to have a quiet time before or during shopping. Even the music that was playing was just right and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

My Belgium chocolate Mocha was heavenly! And fantastic service. The seats needed some love and care.
