Fantastic store with amazing service. My wife and I were treated so well by William and Sophia tonight. Great selection of mens and ladies wear. Wonderful hand bags and accessories on display.
I highly recommend you avoid the long queues at L.V and Gucci etc and give this place a go. High end quality with the high end service you would expect.

Outstanding experience, Jade (NZ girl) is very lovely and knows how to look after people. The manager (lady) is very polite and always willing to make sure you get the best service. We have finished our experience with a lovely bottle of sparkling water while talking about overseas experiences. Thank you Jade

Excellent customer service every time. They always get the products out very quickly and unlike some other luxury stores in Chadstone they don't have a queue. I was looked after quite well, and really happy with my purchase.

If you love quality and great workmanship then Salvatore Ferragamo is a must visit.
I remember meeting one of the main Salvatore Ferragamo Italian shoe makers at Crown once, I saw him make a pair of shoes from start to finish, I felt honoured shaking the hand of a real art Craftsman .
