Savills Property Management have looked after my asset for the last 15 years, over that time, I have found them to be very thorough with their updates and punctual in addressing any issues that might arise at the property, including the basement flooding and tenants abandoning the lease. The leasing department were also very helpful in leasing the space for me in a very short period of time which I greatly appreciated. Finally, I recently decided to sell the asset which has been in my family for a very long time, the Commercial Sales team were extremely efficient and in space of only a few days, sold the property to an off-shore buyer for a price that was well beyond even my optimistic expectations.

I would not hesitate to recommend services of Savills for anyone who owns commercial property, particularly the management, leasing and sales team.

I needed to selling my suburban Melbourne development site, and found the Savills commercial sales team to be honest, truthful and tirelessly working for me to getting the very best price. After initial strong expectations of $5m, they managed to get for me a price above $7.5m! They communicate with me so well, they are professional and I dont hesitate to recommend them strongly, and I tell all my friends about them.

I have dealt with Clinton Baxter and Nick Peden of the CBD and Metropolitan Sales team now for in excess of 5 years, over that time they have achieved exceptional results for the sale of my CBD commercial assets. Additionally, Clinton has also generously provided invaluable market insight so I may make a more astute decision when acquiring property.

I find their honest and accurate appraisal of property and the dignity and respect they treat me with, to clearly differentiate them from other CBD agents I have previously dealt with.

Was using them to purchase property when they guilted me into not asking questions about obvious cladding " we are experts, not asking such obvious questions".
Turned out it was severe cladding and the property was under safety orders - therefore the bank rejected loan.
Savills REFUSED AND STILL KEEP my deposit (it was all my savings for property), although COS was subject to finance, and the bank rejected as the property was faulty. They also lied about cladding and that they "don't know about any issues" - we found later emails that they knew.
In threatening way, I was told off and "never contact us again" while still keeping all my money (10% deposit for the property) and told "it's easier for you to forget about the money than to go to the court" where expenses will be more.
Still , 5 years later, all my savings are with them, they refuse to give it back, despite clear legal obligations.

Be careful, it's just traumatic experience for anyone + all money just lost based on their lie

They didn’t pay deposit back although it was subject to finance.
Said “it’ll be more expensive for you to go to court than the deposit amount”
Avoid !
I’m just traumatised, it’s all my savings

We put up our property for sale with them. I strongly believe we were quoted a price too high. Subsequently the property didn't sell in 6 month. We reduced the price on a number of occasions on our own accord. There was very little communication from their office throughout the whole process. It was always us who contacted them asking what was happening. Otherwise we would not hear from them at all. The property was taken off the internet and off their website without informing us. At the later stage it was not visible anymore on the internet. They do a terrible job marketing and have little to none communication skills. Worst of all if you finally dump them they will pass your details on to another agent without your consent! BE AWARE!
