Friendly staff member was very patient & didn’t look annoyed even once.

Looks like the lady at the counter doesn't like working there, even slight deviation form the usual annoys her and she shows it on her face.
e.g. Today it took me extra 5 seconds to get my apple pay working as my phone didst' respond quickly and it annoyed her, I could see it on her face and I also saw her rolling her eyes. I understand the annoyance when there is a huge line behind me but today I was the only one waiting to pay.

THIS STORE IS NOT 24/7 - FALSE ADVERTISING! Went to this store at approximately 11pm on 7/11/2021 only to find it closed for business, with signage lights off and a sign on the door stating they would not open until 5am! I OFTENTIMES find this store closed for business.

Hi everyone, I wish I could mark them -5 stars if I can.
Because their owner is basically a mafia that steal our money with suspicious ways and without any notice.

I work on collins and I went to that 711 get 3 dollars coffee, 2.5 dollars banana bread and 6 dollar chicken leek pie every day (my work days). And while I went to pick up them today, that chinese old woman who is owner work there charged me 13.5 dollars without any notification. When I asked her why been over charged, her first attitude was denied and then I told her each product amount, she was like reacting confusing and can not explain why it was 2 dollars extra. Her explanation was the computer shows that, but I bought yesterday and previous it never happened. So that 711 has individual system?

2dollars are not necessary but the way her activity as an owner was suspicious and disgusting. People who walk in and take quick lunch or snacks, mostly will not very careful on particular prices. If she spam every one 2 dollars, she could save a full timer half day salary isn’t it?

I believe 711 is international company that owns good reputation on their customer service criteria. This unethical and suspicious activity just same as a theft, mafia and no self esteem.

I put this on here just for everyone awareness. That you may stole 2 dollars by her already. If you go next time, remember check price and don’t let those garbage people take advantages.

24 hour store that’s only open 15 hours because of cleaning. Staff didn’t have a sign up then still rejected entry because they couldn’t be bothered serving people

This is not open 24h!.. I went there several times around 4.30 am and no one was at the counter. Shop door locked. The shop looks open, lights on but no body was there. Think they were sleep inside🙄. When I go there around 5am, there was a person at store, So I asked him to open the shop for buy me a cofee, but he said the shop was closed. I dont know why they mentioned it as 24 / 7 shop?????
