Arsh had amazing service, what a ledgend definitely deserves a payrise.

I work early mornings and usually get a coffee to get my day started. The Indian guy with earnings on weekends is really great in customer service and opens the door even when the store has a board saying its temporarily closed. Keep it up guys!

Plenty of food and drinks to choose from. Service is always friendly.

I don’t just go to any 7-Eleven... I come to this store 4-5 times a week every week. It is that great.

I grabbed a coffee here while waiting for a St Kilda tram yesterday afternoon. I wasn't really expecting anything fantastic however I have to say I was totally surprised! I really liked the coffee and the customer service was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. It's relatively small 7-Eleven but packed with goodies and in a great location directly opposite the 96 tram stop.

Coffee is not consistent it can be good on some day and bad on other day.

It's OK for a quick coffee...

What a poor customer service delivered by the old lady at the register counter, shouting at me as the first customer trying to make a hot chocolate from the coffee machine. She has bad attitude in treating me, when I expressed my complain then she realized it and tried to help, but still I was upset and very disppointed with her behavior. I do hope the top management can consider this therefore no other customer will face or find a hurting visit experience just like what I have had in this store

I paid before drop my coffee and then got a coffee from machine. when I came out the store, old lady who works in the store shouted at me because she thought I didn’t pay for coffee. I can understand when you get busy you could forget what you’ve done. but she didn’t mention anything about her mistake even if she figured out she had mistake. I felt like becoming thief. I never come back this store It’s better to go to Starbucks.

Be aware. Recently try to purchase a cup of coffee from this 7-11. The lady at the counter reckon the minimum purchase spent for using EFTPOS is $3, which is nonsense for 7-11. She even threatened me when I insist to use PayPass to purchase to $1 coffee. Don't waste time here!

The girl that work at this store (Saturday 27 October 2018 14:40) was so rude to me when I’m just asking for the tissue paper, tell you what she doesn’t really like to service people for the look of her face.

They served us the wrong pack of cigarettes and then when we went to return it they lied and said we asked for it. They were so rude.
