Good place for electrical items and other assorted goods. They have a variety of cd and vinyls as well as toys and games. Majority of items are reasonably priced and tend to be cheaper than larger retailers. Definitely worth a look if you're making a purchase. Laptops gaming consoles scales watches phones are all available.

Went to check out the apple watches (unfortunately has missed the EOFY sale). Smaller store but convenient location. Plenty of staff standing around to assist which was a surprise. Store wasn’t that busy. The person who assisted me was helpful and the security staff was very friendly. Better experience compared to other JB stores I’ve been to. Not sure about the accessibility as you have to take escalators down one level.

Great staff! Kim was fantastic and helped resolve what was prior a 3 hour boondoggle with getting Telstra service enabled in 10 minutes when neither official Telstra employees could be bothered and the Telstra App would continuously crash

Love this place. Arguably the best jbhifi! Though they we’re sold out of a lot of stuff. And didn’t give me a price much on a New Zealand/ Aussie item. None the less. Always going here for tech!

Tom was incredibly lovely and helpful when I was trying to figure out the ps5 as a gift, and even went the extra mile to wrap my boxes to hide the contents, so it would be safer for me to take it home. Such a gem, made my whole experience 😊 thank you!

Wanted wireless headphones for Playstation l, and Google'd it. JB Hi-Fi came up. Got home and no joy, won't connect. Oh my. Next day, receipt in hand and no issue, said my mistake. Showed me the wireless PS5 Paid difference, now happy puppy. Great advice.

If you been this shop before, you will noticed the security guard work at this shop are super super nice person , even if I just pass by on the roadside he always been really nice to me ! He is the reason I back to visit this small JB hi fi .

it's a good place to get anything your electronic needs, as well as if you are a studio Ghibli lover like me you can find some of the Ghibli goods there.

I too have shopped at a number of JB Hi Fi stores and find this particular store to be the best all round JB store. It's in a great central city location, has an excellent range of product, and the staff always provides a super friendly service. I've purchased quite a bit of gear from this JB store and always make it my first store of call for electronics gear.

I had an excellent experience at JB Hi-Fi in Melbourne, thanks to Florian. His helpfulness and enthusiasm made my visit exceptional. He went out of his way to assist me, demonstrating both professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer service. Florian is a true asset to the JB Hi-Fi team. Highly recommend!

Great store, helpful staff and price match policy means the best prices if you care to Google for a couple of minutes

I always shop at the Bourke St location because everytime I've been there it's been A+++. When I'm unsure about a product or need some help, there is always staff close by willing to help (unlike other locations where you either can't find anyone or you have to stand around waiting).
