Excellent customer service. Although the sale items wasn’t available for me at the store, the customer service girl found the item from a QLD store. She organised the QLD store to call me and within less than 5 minutes, I received a call and purchased the item over the phone. The QLD customer service girl was amazing Very friendly and efficient. Thank you ladies for your amazing effort this morning.

Had purchased a replacement s-m baby boy beanie over the phone from Southland (calling Chadstone where they still had stock) after thinking I misplaced my son’s original one only to find it when I was unloading the pram. The sales lady (dark haired bob) was really nice and agreed to a swap without incurring an additional charge as the sale had ended the day before. She was really kind and also made some recommendations for my Sons eczema (though I’m still trying to use up all the Mustela we bought!). Service was so welcoming compared to the store next door!

The staff are amazing!!!! As a regular customer the staff remember my name and my kids names.
The store is presented beautifully and the clothes are amazing quality.

Bought gifts here for a newborn and they were lovely. The quality feels great and the service was fantastic.

Staff was disrespectful and rude at check out. After we just paid for our items she left us waiting for a good few minutes and went on and helped another staff for a different customer. She could've propped the recipe in for us then helped someone else, only would've taken 2 seconds. As an expensive shop like this, we expect better customer service.

Very bad service. Been there twice trying to exchange the gift I received from my friends. Being treated in very unpleasant manner. Not going back again.
