Chickens so fresh and crispy can’t get enough of it, Another reason to come chadstone mall early monday morning, this place is a perfect example of good staff and proper quality standards. Always a pleasure coming here, staff pays attention no matter what time of the day it is and orders are quick! Extremely happy with the service.

Fresh popcorn chicken is an experience of its own. 10/10

But in all seriousness, the quality is consistently good and tasty, the service is fast and friendly even at peak times and it is decent value (though some menu items have been quickly increasing in price but that's not the fault of the individual store). Overall, a great KFC.

Hear me out, I met this gabe mainey fella at the front counter and he was the nicest and most real bro ever. He did slap my meat for extra service and took a few bucks off my order. After all he topped me off with some gravy and mashed potatos. Anyone sees this man best believe he'll suck that ding.

For such a busy location this store does a wonderful job of providing fresh and tasty food under pressure. The staff remain helpful and kind despite the rush and delivery accurate orders every time. The food, well it KFC, that everyone knows but this is super fresh due to the high turnover. The only downside is that sometimes the chicken can be so freshly cooked it doesn't get time to be drained of oil and can be a little too oily. Nothing beats the hot, succulent freshness though.

Super quick service always. No matter how busy it is, the order is processed within 5 minutes and it's almost always fresh. All the staff are properly trained and friendly which is surprising for a hustling branch like this one. Ordered a roll with bacon once by mistake but the guy was happy to replace it with a halal zinger.

I had an awesome experience here! Staff were all so fast and friendly! I was greeted with a warm smile and within a few seconds of me walking up!! I ordered a tenders box with a chocolate mousse. It was delicious.. definitely finger licking goodness! Well done KFC!

Consistently good food, friendly staff. My favourite spot for my lunch break, but unfortunately my office is moving elsewhere so I won't be back as often! If anyone who works there is reading this, thank you for all the great food and service. Please squirt a bit of extra pepper mayo in my memory and say hello to my 'brother'.

Great fast service! Always get bonus wings on a big order. Staff is smiling and they look like they genuinely care about their customers. E quality of the food is very good compared to some of the other KFC’s I have been to.

I LOVE THE STAFF and Kfc❤ This kfc is the only one I know that always makes it fresh and the meats succilent. I come there regularly now and mainly because of how friendly the service is. You can tell it’s managed well and it’s a good environment.

I thought it's Not that easy to have some very Fresh Cook fried chicken in Melbourne.

But I'm Lucky Chadstone have a good amount of people, so they could keep changing the oil to get more fresh, and that's why they have fresh ones.

The person with the curly hair was very nice when serving me, 10/10!!!

Normal kfc like food. Quick and cheap. No difference from other kfc. Ok for me to try sometime. Really quick delivery after i order. I liked it but lot of people may not agree with me.

Had an issue with our order, which can happen at times, but it was promptly and politely resolved and that's what makes the difference .Thanks KFC chadstone. Appreciate the service.
