What an amazing buying experience!! I ordered a sink plug online on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Every step of the online process was seamless and the communication about the delivery of my item was spot on. Even the phone call I received from a staff member on Monday morning confirming my order and advising the product would be delivered later that day was very reassuring. Great customer service, great communication and a buying experience which was seamless from start to finish. And that was for a $17 plug! Well done Winning Appliances Chadstone.

We received excellent, excellent customer service from Maree. Very knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful and friendly. We are replacing old appliances therefore measurements differ and its not straight forward but Maree took the time working out what would work.

Very nice place to see and buy appliances. We purchased a range hood based on the recommendations from these experts. They are very knowledgeable and provide good information of the possibilities. We wanted a range hood with good extraction capability, but minimal noise level. We found the perfect product Schweigen (we had choices including whispair etc.).

My wife and I spent 2 hours with Maree today at Winnings. I cannot speak more highly of her. She is extremely friendly, knowledgable most importantly patient. Highly recommend Maree!

I’d say it is a showroom serves the purpose of a showroom. It is a place for customers to ask questions to check on the appliances. It is open and welcoming overall a good showroom.
