Impressive customer service by Rebakah at counter, very patient & helpful. Must commend another very friendly staff member doing closing (near entry). Pleasant experience due to their warm welcoming attitude most importantly at store closure 9:05pm when most staff start getting rude in other stores. Would love to keep coming back.

Great store, with abundant choices for casual shopping.

My daughter and I were served at the counter today by Isabella who was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our purchase and with signing up to a new membership. Excellent customer service!

Lots of choice in clothing for men, women and children. Some homewares too. All very stylish and inexpensive.

Excellent customer service. Amazing shopping experience when you walk into the store. GREAT PRICES and many good quality products. The staff is very good and helpful. The staff helped my to find my size. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this store. 10/10

Normally I find the staff unfriendly, stuck up and not willing to help. But not today. I found the staff at the fitting room very polite and helpful. And when I went to make my purchase at the register the staff member (cashier 4459 on receipt) was welcoming, super friendly and conversed with my daughter and myself. Thanks

I am ex employee of h&m and would love to clear up some things about the store.

1. Clothes found on the floor, are always there because of customers. We generally have 1-3 people garment caring, but at the end of the day we get so busy that it is hard to do even these tasks, we have to jumble putting clothes back on the floor, helping customers with sizes and jumping on to help the registers. We get to the store at 6am everyday to do stock but to also clean up the store. We also stay back an hour after close to clean, but that is rarely enough time. We do our best, but especially with sales and busy periods, it's basically like trying to save a sinking ship.

2. We are not trying to be rude to you. Everyone of our staff are great and never "in a bad mood" to start off. If you have never worked in retail or f&b you might not understand that we face all types of people on a daily basis. We have our "sales" persona but if you treat us with disrespect, like every social interaction, we will respond in kind. We might be there to help you, but please know that we are people too.

3. When returning an item, we provide a 30 day full refund or exchange. It is printed on the receipt for both customer and staff to see. We will help you out of course, even without a receipt of you can prove you bought it within that time limit AND if you are polite we will help you out as much as we can. This however again hinges on how you behave. We have alot of stolen items and even have had people see on h&m tags to items not from our store and try to get a refund. This is why we need the reciept.

4. We have a stock room yes. No we do not have a system to check for sizes because of the huge volume. We have others sizes out back but we only have a very limited amount of styles (white tees, basics) we put most things out on the floor already in the morning.

5. We really appreciate the customers who at the very least hang up the clothes after they try them in the change rooms. This really helps us put the clothes back, and at the end of the day also helps you get the size you want (maybe) as we can then transport it back onto the floor quicker.

With my love of H&M, I can confidently say the Chadstone store is one of their best stores in Melbourne-- their women's department takes up the entire first floor of the store with men's, kid's and homewares upstairs. They always have a variety of clothing, including work wear, athleisure, current insta-fashion trends, maternity wear, casual and date night. The staff are helpful; their dressing rooms are fantastic with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, five clothing hooks and floor-to-ceiling privacy curtains that feel so soft. I love their clothes; they are affordable, well made and last forever-- I have a shirt from seven years ago that I wear all the time and still looms excellent. They do have a women's plus-size section, though the selection is sparse and I wish they had more to offer in plus-size. Thankfully, a size 16 is easy to find around the store, and some items come in an 18. Their accessory collection is a gift from the heavens; I love their jewellery.

Best place to shop for clothes if u are on a tight budget. The quality of clothes is also really good. They offer good sales discounts most of the time and it's awesome. Bought most of my clothes half priced.

Had a return and needed help with finding a size for a jacket I wanted. All the staff were very helpful and rang around all other stores to try and get it for me. Great staff.

You will always find a bargain in H&M! There full price stuff is inexpensive and quality and their sale stuff is so dirt cheap for perfectly good end of line stock

This H&M outlet Chadstone mall is really big. There is huge collection of clothings and accessories. All trendy clothing for reasonable price. Shop from here if you want spend less and wear trendy clothes.
