Apple Chadstone

I got an iPhone 15 Pro from Apple in Chadstone. The technology that Apple create and work on is extraordinary and I am very happy with my new iPhone. Apple being in Chadstone, also makes it very good position for people who are just walking, to come in and have a look at all the gadgets that Apple have created!

Apple Store as expected, Staff is friendly here but they are busy all the time. I were surprised with how fast the payment process too
We have some fun with their activities overall!!

The youth staff is full of vitality, and helpful. Although we had to get service after waiting for 20 minutes, we got our problems solved.

We leave the staff feeling great.

It is a big, bright, clinically white, and clean store like other Apple stores.

We were looking for an adapter, and I saw the display near the left side, at the rear of the store. A staff member noticed our presence and asked whether we needed help. She told us to wait for another staff member to come to help us.

We waited, but ended up another staff member nearby came to our rescue.

It was just a simple sale, and the first member could have provided the service. What a waste of resource.

Excellent service always. Recently dealt with Anthony. What a lovely guy. Explained everything so clearly to us “oldies”. He was delightful. Their system works so well.

I'm an android user but my wife uses apple product. Bought an iMac base model then to find out JB HiFi sold it for 10% less the next day. The iMac that I had didn't have the touch ID either. I was quite disappointed in the beginning. Spoke with a staff Elsie (?) and she gratefully exchanged my product to a improved model and honoured the 10% discount whilst only paying the difference. I was very amazed by the politeness of the staff there. Will certainly return to this store.

Having not long ago converted to Apple from Android, we purchased new phones from this store during the end of 22’

The sales team member was calm, polite and straight forward with the transaction. Helping me with the watch bands and choosing the right model of Apple Watch.

The whole process took less than 20 mins and we walked out happy customers. We’ve been back a few times since for smaller purchases and a warranty repair. Each experience was positive and the staff were all easy to deal with.

Super lovely and helpful, resolved my problem quickly and professionally, and organised a free repair that would otherwise have cost $1k+, thereby saving me from bankruptcy and destitution (literally). Would highly recommend seeking him out if you need an Apple Genius, he was excellent 👍

A modern Apple store with a beautiful light well at the forum area. I would say the store is one of the nicer ones out there, and I would definitely enjoy Today at Apple sessions held here.

Always fun to come and get goods and services from Apple Store Chadstone. The staff is very courteous services are great products are great. I must mention Bree was so good and explaining me how to set up Apple Watch and she listened to my concern and help me heads up to wonderful staff and Apple.

We had such a pleasant experience with Josh. We were at this store to purchase the new iPhone and other accessories. Josh was extremely friendly and patient with all of our queries. He was also very knowledgeable and assisted us in such an excellent manner.

Had a really fantastic experience at Apple Chadstone today - was served by a lovely team member who was able to provide fantastic advice. Sadly, nothing could be done to fix my sister’s iPad, but the team member listened with empathy and showed real passion, kindness, and knowledge.

Had an issue with my Apple Watch not syncing to my phone correctly when I bought a new iPhone 15. Did everything at home - rest it, factory reset, all the stuff you can do on your own. Went into chadstone on a Sunday - no appointment but was able to see a technician within an hour. A lady named Stella helped me - she was very friendly and helpful and fixed the issue within half an hour. I had low hopes in being able to have it fixed on the spot and so when she resolved the issue I was very happy.

I took my cat with me in his backpack and the staff were over the moon with excitement about it. I went in for one Apple wallet but ended up buying all 4 colours 😅

Excellent customer service from the whole team at Apple chadstone.
Went in for screen repair, process was very smooth and efficient.
Special mention for Theo who guided me through repair process and even waived Apple care claim cost.

I had passed by Apple store many times but never stepped into the store before till today. I was looking for iMac to start my Vblog edition journey. The front assistant was very warm welcoming and introduced me to specialist Phobe. She was very patient and professional to answer all my questions.

Phobe recommended some latest products and software that suitable to my needs. The information I received today are very.helpful. I decided to wait for new products on display later this month.

Furthermore, the free learning session I joined was terrific and fun. I tried the procreate on iPad first time and drew myself. The trainer is fantastic to share his knowledge and experience with people who are beginners. I did enjoy the one hour session and strongly recommend to people who like to try could book your seat on Apple online store.

Totally, I had a great experience in Apple store and learnt new art skill on how to use iPad drawing via Procreate. Thank you :-)

I have been to this store a number of times and it’s always been amazing. The staff are helpful and attentive. Even though this store is an extra 20min commute, I always come here.
