Great services, bought our phone there 25/11/2022, fantastic services by SABRINA. Today we return to replace the protective screen....again, great service, this time was a young man....ISAAC

I purchased my samsung phone at another store & had trouble setting up as it was too full... went into the Chadstone store without an appointment & I was given an appointment time 20 minutes later. Isaac transferred all my data, photos etc. As it took a long time I left my phones & returned later. Everything was done when I returned. All the staff were lovely & helpful. Isaac did a great job as he had to keep updating everything in order to proceed with the transfer. All this was done with a smile & good humour. My sincere thanks to Isaac & all the team at Samsung Chadstone 😊

The service provided to me today although I didn't purchase my phone from Samsung is amazing. Ashleigh was extremely helpful in transferring my data and setting up my phone and my bigpond account. They also helped me pair my watch and ensured all was working before I left. Helpful and courteous. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Could not be more impressed with the care and customer service shown by the manager Angela when trying to move from Iphone to Samsung. It might have taken us nearly 2 days due to the data on my phone but she did not give up nor make me feel like a pain in the a**. The other staff were also supportive and their honesty when "wanting" to buy a new phone for my mum was also highly commendable. Rather than try sell a phone for the sake of making a sale they advised against it and made mum stay with her current phone. 11/10!

THANK YOU SO MUCH VAN. I fell and my phone screen was broken, where I was unable to use my phone, or even access data. I was in a major panic, but she guided me through the whole process and I really appreciate that whole interaction.

Btw, a small tip if the screen is broken and you cant access the phone as a whole, connecting the phone to an alternative display - i used a monitor - with a hdmi cable to access the phone and use smart switch to transfer over the files.

My z Fold 4 was having issues with dead pixels and airbubbles on the big screen. Alex's knowledge and assistance were incredible. Thanks to him, my phone was repaired quite quickly. Thank you Alex.

Attentive. Well layed out. IT 'Superman' NICK so talented, capable & patient. Helpful staff who do tell u special deals, ph colours available & best range in 'Samsung Online Store' than that shown on Chad SC Samsung Experience Store. Answer their ph too when ringing Store. [Not like Service provider Telstra, who NEVER answered after 38 calls in 3wks in desperate need, as needed Telstra & their IT to d/w Samsung's IT a sync issue, & btw, yep....still waiting!] Tho just luv the Samsung store, all essential hardware there. All in all, fabulous window-shopping & device-dreaming adventure ❤.

I must commend Jeremy, a wonderful and helpful staff at Samsung Chadstone who was so proactive and service with a smile.
On 9th April, drove all the way to Chadstone ,about 30 mins from where I live, I was advice to come back tomorrow but Jeremy adviced me, that he could talk to the technician and see how best they could help to replace the screen protector for Zfold 4. Lo and behold , Jeremy was able to persuade the staff to help me and within 30 mins too!
Jeremy is the type of staff, any company wants to employ and groom. Kudos to Jeremy and Samsung store at Chadstone. Well done.

My wife and were so happy with the wonderful service from Angela today when we purchase 2 samsung S24 ultra phones.
Nothing was too much trouble and Angela was very patient and professional.

They changed my Flip 4 screen protector so quickly! I had so much issue dealing with Samsung customer service online and I even went to the main Samsung repair store in Oakleigh - had no luck. Went to this store just hoping they could help and I'm so glad I did. No hassle at all! Very happy with their service. 😊

An amazing experience. I needed to take my phone in to be sent off for repairs. The staff member who helped me was so awesome. Me, being the knob that I am, forgot to back up everything from my phone. The staff member who served me helped me back up everything from my phone before organising to send it off to have the screen repaired. He was patient, knowledgeable, and intelligent. The time it took to have the phone repaired was pretty damn good too. Only took around 4 business days.

I am so greatful to one of the employees there, unfortunately didn't get her name. Helped me out so much, dropped my phone in the centre and my phone went berserk. She reset it ..and restored it to a normal state. Thank you ever so much. Warren Tucker

I wanted to trade online but decided to visit the Chadstone store. Excellent customer service provided by Suzie. She was professional, friendly and sweet. She helped me trade my S20+ for Flip 4. The whole experience was super positive. Thank you Suzie for providing such a smooth experience. Will definitely visit the store in future.

Female manager by the name of Amanda or Olivia messaged me as I was on waitlist for a screen protector replacement for my Z Flip 3. She did not charge me and was quick and fast with the repair. I was so happy and she was so nice and efficient!
