Serena and the staff at this store are absolutely incredible. They helped me arrange a special experience for my girlfriend's birthday, and went out of their way to make it out of this world. They're friendly, kind, and willing to help in any way. They make you feel VIP at every turn. If I could, I'd give more stars. 100% coming back to this location. I recommend it to everyone. Came in store today because of the black Friday promotion and had a lovely experience. Was served by a Korean girl and she was super friendly, I've tried on so many pairs but she was very patient and has recommended the best size. Got my first ROMY thanks to this lovely girl, will definitely come back for the amazing customer service.

I brought my beautiful Hya 45 pearl leather sling backs from Chadstone. I had the most professional one on one excellent customer service by the lovely Setta who should be given a pay rise.I took my dress with me to match my very special event as i had a few different pairs i liked and wanted so much to try on, so Setta showed them all to me & what looked best and i knew the hya were the ones.Experiencing the best service from the time i walked in to the beautiful packaging and carry bags walking out i felt like i was living my life back in Italy.Thank you so much Setta ...I will definitely be back soon. To all th other big stores in the city please learn from Setta what it means to be professional and great service.:)

I went to this store during the Christmas. The staff was really polite and professional especially a Chinese male staff. He can introduce me many professional shoes knowledge in Jimmy Choo and recommend a best pair for me. Fabulous customer service and it was a fantastic experience！！！

Jimmy Choo is the brand I believe every girl wants to have a pair of shoes. Visited Chadstone store on Boxing Day, received excellent service from store assistant Qifan. Very patient and polite boy, he also gave me lots of advice on shoes color and size to make sure I got what I want. Thanks Qifan.
