Ripe Maternity - Highpoint Shopping Centre

May is a very helpful and friendly staff member at Ripe maternity Hight point.
I arrived when she has closed the door and she was cleaning I am pregnant and flying next day to overseas and I needed to exchange my pant . She considered my situation and helped me . Now because of this I will always come and buy from ripe maternity.

Wonderful staff, love shopping here. Always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and spot on with sizing recommendations, and so kind and accommodating when it comes to shopping with kids in tow, particularly new babies who can be unpredictable and demanding. Great clothes and service

Extremely Disappointed with the rage of clothes in this store.
Firstly after being told by a "clothing expert" in Myer that they have never had maternity wear even after confirming it on my phone for her. She pointed me in the direction of Ripe telling me they are a separate store. And nothing to do with Myer.
Once walking into Ripe I was shocked at the level of what I would consider normal clothing for women who are not pregnant. The length of the shirts were shorter than the one I was wearing (which was an normal non pregnancy shirt) so on a growing belly it would definitely poke out the bottom.
And the jeans were skinnier than what you would find in just jeans.
Not to mention the colours and patterns on all the clothing made me feel like I was stepping back into the 70s.
I have been struggling to find ANY store with maternity clothes. And now that I am getting bigger and don't really like buying online I have been forced to head to the "curvy" section of the stores just to try and find something suitable.
It would be nice to see someone offer some kind of comfortable clothing for pregnant women that are of average or bigger size. Not the size 6 dummy in the windows.

Very bad customer service and they charge me more and when I’m back home and check the price i find out I paid 100$ more and I was to far that’s why I don’t back for complain but it’s very very bad experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
