Sad to see poor reviews. was greeted by Ruben today who showed such great customer service skills. He helped me find shoes that i have desired to buy for some time now by couldn’t get my hands on. He offered shoe spray with such great knowledge it was hard not to buy. Will be coming back! :)

Sad to see alot of bad reviews, I hope this review will be the one to change everyones perspective - extend your grace a little bit, Yesterday I came in here just for a browse looking for some joggers but found myself falling in love with these new Yellow Nike Dunks. Julian helped me, showed patience going back and fourth to get my correct size. He showed me that he cared as he laced up my shoes for me, its these little things we sometimes take for granted and overlook. Thanks for your service Julian, JD Sports, please give him some recognition on behalf of me :)

Super busy but still got served and treated good 10/10

Fantastic service. Brought in a pair of Nike shoes that were faulty after 8 months. Manager was happy to investigate issue and then promptly offered refund or exchange with apology. Will definitely be shopping at JD from now on due to the excellent customer service.

I went in tonight to buy my kids new school shoes. We had the pleasure of being served by Nyalam. She possessed incredible customer service skills, she was so patient and lovely despite the fact it was so busy!

Excellent service! I called ahead and the lady on the phone was very helpful and took her time to give me all the information I needed. When in the store, all of the staff were friendly, Liam in particular was great. Highly recommend store!

Excellent customer service from Sam today (Wednesday 1st June), even late in the afternoon. I don’t normally expect good service here so it was nice to have a good interaction.

I very rarely enjoy going to a physical STORE. But this store restores faith in the thought.. great staff last night (young Asian girl greeting my girlfriend and I) not pushy or asking 100 questions yet still helpful. 💕
