I had a really lovely experience browsing & shopping at Kikki.K Highpoint the other day. The customer service was so nice and personable, warm and friendly. Thank you so much, it had a big impact on me. And I just love the strings of fairy lights that I bought!

I had the best in store shopping experience last night 6/1/23 at around 8pm! I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name, but the lady who served me was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to show me the pencil case options that were in store. She really listened to my needs and went a step further to monogram it for me. I never usually buy stationary from Kikki K but will start based solely on this interaction!

I just finished shopping buying my yearly planner. The planners have a different layout than what I'm used to but stuff member Lauren explained that they had new owners perhaps that may be the reason. She was bubbly, friendly, great customer service and gave me options of the widerange different fill ins yearly planners I could use with my binder. Asked me if I needed anything else when I came today.

I came in October but other staff members were not as friendly nor as helpful as Lauren today. She is a very good listener a great customer service representative and the mayority of the reason why I am rating kiki.K 5 stars today.

Teresa was such an amazing salesperson!! She helped me and explained all the different options of pens. Highly recommend coming in and seeing Teresa!
