NIKE HIGHPOINT

I had an excellent experience at the Highpoint Nike store tonight, largely due to their exceptional customer service. The staff there is not only friendly but also well-informed, making shopping both enjoyable and efficient. A special mention goes to CHELSEA, who assisted me during my visit. Remarkably, she remembered me from a visit a few weeks prior, which added a personalised touch to my shopping experience. Her attention to detail and customer care were genuinely appreciated.

I believe her name is Emilia, she’s the best number 1 customer service girl was patient and helped with everything we needed whilst juggling other customers! and one of the girls at the register was a gem as well helped us with no issues!

We had the most incredible shopping experience at Nike Highpoint this past weekend (I know how overly dramatic that might sound but it's absolutely true). Our 9 year old daughter begged us to let her try on a pair of terribly expensive Vapourflys. After about an hour, trying different sizes and running up and down the store to get the right fit... she was beside herself with joy to leave with a pair that led to her achieving a PB the very next day! While we're pleased with our purchase, it's the customer service that has led to this review. All of the staff were lovely but a very special shout out goes to the patient, professional and kind Macda - Macda you were outstanding, and we cannot thank you enough. Nike - this is your employee of the month!

The customer service I received was absolutely impeccable which made my experience at Nike Highpoint incredible. Such amazing assistance and a very special shout out to Yasmine who is one of the best customer service people I have come across and she went above and beyond to help. Also a huge thank you to Matt for all his help that night too!!

Aidan is the best manager I’ve ever met, he was super helpful when helping me choose a pair of shoes for my son, went above and beyond to order them from a different store and they arrived super quickly. I would recommend if you come to Highpoint to ask for Aidan if you need exceptional help and great customer service. I will definitely be back! Bonus points for being handsome too !

Great store! Went into get running shoes and they had a good selection. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The shoes are arranged in different sections according to needs- running, basketball etc. It was easy to find what you need. Good clothing selection as well.

Great staff.
Went in to buy a pair of shoes today. My assistant Dan went above and beyond his customer service. He realised the pair of shoes he originally brought out for me were dirty, and so he ran to the warehouse (around a 15min wait) to grab a fresh pair for me.
What shocked me even more was he did all of this with a bad left arm!
Definitely coming back.

By far the best shopping experience, served by a beautiful young lady named BERNADETTE , the best customer service by BER not only in Melbourne NIKE but in the whole of Australia , no brainer !!

What an experience I had in this store. This was my first time ever going into a Nike store. I walked in and was greeted by the sweetest staff member with the biggest smile her energy just radiated onto myself and my sister. I had just come from footlocker which was a horrible experience. I came in for a new pair of shoes as I'm going away to the UK (currently at the airport as we speak)

I said to the young lady I feel overwhelmed." She said, "Don't be overwhelmed. Welcome to nike, my name's Jess. I then told Jess what I was after. She even got me to sit down on the couch and relax while she went and grabbed my shoes.

Not only did Jess listen to what I wanted, but I was no longer overwhelmed. She is just stunning I even told her my grandson is single. These days, you don't find customer service like this to even have a laugh with i really hope this young lady gets her praise she deserves.

Came in not knowing my shoe size as footlocker staff weren’t so happy that I didn’t know it off by heart but as soon as I walked into nike they were more than amazing. Between Row serving me and helping me with my size and then Saja being so kind at the counter, it had to be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a shoe store. Supporting and amazing staff, definitely coming back next time!

Called last week and today about a new release and I spoke to customer service as the store was a bit busy . The lady was very friendly and nice and then the store called back as one of the guys from customer service told them to call me and the lady from the store who phoned me back was very nice and friendly. Gave me all the information I needed . Very positive and on point experience now I just need to wait to get the shoes when they release.

Was after a certain pair of shoes for my daughter. They didn't have it it stock. They were busy due to Xmas time. Ended up finding a pair on the mannequin. The lady was friendly and took the shoes of the mannequin so I could purchase them. So far haven't had sn issue at this store. My eldest always purchases her shoes from here.

Came into store to shop and was happy shocked to see Jessica. I was a customer of Jess's for years at Mecca Melbourne Central. What a shame on mecca to lose such talent but a gain for nike. Hold onto this one she will take your company far and draw customers in. I've spent thousands a month from her recommendations. Highpoint is my new store see you soon Jess and team.

Had the most amazing experience with Charlotte this afternoon, roughly 4:23pm. Got my hands on - the new up and coming panda nikee dunks. The shoe fitted and she complimented so well on. Put my shoes on hold for me, so they wouldn’t sell. Immaculate service and will definitely be back. Thanks again Charlotte. So much.

All the staff is friendly and ready to help, went in for a quick look with my partner on a busy Sunday and we received amazing customer service from Amelia, really felt like there was a genuine want to meet our needs and make sure we made the right purchase. Amelia went above and beyond for us, we couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks Nike highpoint!

I must say, Nat was amazing. Easy to chat to, was very welcoming and made my day by helping me out with an amazing pair of Jordan’s. From a retail footwear manager, I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Just wanted to share that I had a great shopping experience with Ro. Ro spent the time to help me with everything I needed and has such a bright energy that made the store glow. Helped me with all my needs without complaint and had such a great attitude. Really the star of the store.

I genuinely rarely leave any kind of feedback for any store but I really wanted to make a special shoutout to Jess for being really friendly and kind when she was servicing me. She knew what she was talking about and gave me alternatives to products that they were missing. Overall, the service was great and I really hope good things come her way. After having an appalling experience at JD sports, Row came to save the day. He went out of his way to solve a problem I was having and I’m so thankful he was there. I will never buy anything from JD again but I will always come back to Nike Highpoint now. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
