This place is amazing. Always there to listen and care for you. I have been coming to this clinic for ages and I must say so lucky to found this clinic. Dr Leena is amazing, very calm, understanding and caring. Can’t thank her enough. Liz is amazing too so as the other staff. Thanks Medics

5 stars are inadequate to express my feelings on this platform. Liz and Sue at reception are fantastic and so is Sura the nurse.
Last but not the least my saviour is Dr. Sabah Nazir.
I moved to this clinic in 2023 august. I had been with my previous clinic for more than 10 years. Scripts is mostly what I got from there, any issues were pushed under the carpet.
Dr Sabah Nazir goes above and beyond in providing exceptional health care. Her genuine care , thorough explanations, and willingness to take the time to address all concerns create a trusting and positive patient experience. She has outstanding commitment to patient well being. She has sorted so many health issues for me which were lying dormant and neglected.
She has done so much for me that words can't express. From my side I can only bless her and her family . And obviously keep on troubling her. 🙏

I’ve been a patient of Dr Leena for well over 7 years and she is the best most thoughtful and thorough Dr you will ever come across. Her attention to detail is second to none a 10/10 in my books. Having had 2 Lumbar Spine Fusion I can honestly say Dr Leena looks after me better than my Spine Drs. I’ve also seen Dr Jaya and she to has been very thorough, caring and professional in the times she has dealt with me. The Staff are always friendly, always willing to help and accomodate where possible and when ever Appts are available, this also includes the Nurse, Practice Manager and Receptionist, Podiatrist & Physio It is a complete 5 Star Medical Centre in my opinion . Dr Leena is the best GP i have ever been to. She is extremely caring, thorough, kind & conscientious.She goes over and above to do what she can to help and provide support . Couldnt ask for a better team. Highly recommend.

I've had 2 face to face appointments with Dr. Jaya Sangam and so far I have to say she is the best GP doctor I've ever been with. I've recently moved from Canberra to Melbourne and the service compared to what I had before in Canberra, is great!! She cares about my well being, lets me talk about my personal situation at home, gives me good advice and is very proactive in the way of getting the best help I need. I'm very happy with her and keep up the good work. The receptionists are great too, ready to take calls quickly, good clear communication in regards to calls and emails they help me in anything I need to do to transfer my medical records to Canberra and here was smooth and quick.

Reception is so clean and welcoming. Dr Leena is the most wonderful caring doctor, she always reassures me and puts my mind at ease. She is beautiful with my 1 year old child and always checks us both over thoroughly.
Wouldn't want to see any other doctor.

I've been with Dr Leena for about 5 years. She has always listened with kindness and compassion, and has put up with a long list of medical conditions with a smile on her face. Visiting her feels more like visiting a friend than a doctor. I'm so proud of her for starting her own practice and completely trust every single one of her team members knowing they were picked by her. This practice is going places!
Eta: I've also been treated by the nurse, Hawyda, for loads of reasons, and she is always incredibly friendly. Reception staff know my name and even my voice on the lhone (lol) and are always completely lovely. Thanks for all your hard work!

Finding a doctor that actually hears and listens is very difficult. DR LEENA is amazing a specialist GP with fellowship of the royal Australian college of practioner. Very rear to find in these regions unfortunately. As former nurse myself l value good medical care and all my children friends love and trust her. The reception staff liz is also an amazing woman. Getting reminders and notifications when required is very important for me as l tend to get overwhelmed with my busy life. They also have pathology too so after seeing the doctor having access to a pathologist made my life alot easier. Wishing them all the best. Will recommend for high quality care and professionalism.

I have been seeing Dr Leena for quite a few years now and she is such a lovely person and a very caring and thorough doctor. All the staff are great. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
