It was my best friends birthday on Monday and not being able to be with her, I wanted to send her some flowers and ordered the Wildflower Jar.
Unfortunately, the flowers didn’t turn up, the delivery was accepted by someone who wasn’t my friend and they were nowhere to be found! I contacted the shop and they were so easy and friendly to talk to, we were all baffled by what had happened but they immediately said they would send out another bouquet.
My friend received the flowers today and they are absolutely stunning!! She loves them and I can’t thank the Flower Run enough for making sure she got them!

I've sent a lot of flowers over the years and I came across The Flower Run yesterday. Their website looked nice so I ordered some flowers that day for my brother and they were absolutely stunning so I ordered another bouquet for my cousin today and they were also beautiful. I won't be ordering anywhere else now, beautiful flowers and fast delivery also!!

Excellent customer service and communication. I received a phone call to ask if ok to leave unattended and received a photo of the delivery. I received emails with updates. the flowers were excellent exactly as ordered. I highly recommended. As a side note I received flowers from The Flower Run every month and have done for the last two years a birthday gift from my daughter. I have never been disappointed with the quality.

My daughter loved her flowers, chocolates & reed diffuser. Ordered online Wednesday night and delivered promptly Thursday.
I will definitely be using this service again.

Yesterday I placed my first order with The Flower Run after following on social media for a long time. I had the order delivered to me so I could take them and give them to a friend and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. And I can't believe how quickly they arrived, I'd placed the order at 11am and had them just after lunch. Highly recommend and I look forward to treating myself to a bunch one day.

Bought some flowers for my partners 28th birthday.

We were delighted with how they looked, however some of the flowers had started to droop after a couple of days. We therefore reached out via email to mention that this happened, and that we were slightly let down.

They were very understanding and apologetic and even sent out a new bunch the next day for free! We must have just had a one off.

Would highly recommend these guys, GREAT flowers and excellent service!
