JB Hi-Fi Osborne Park HOME

I came to JB Hi to buy my daughter a Novation Launch Key Mini MK3 and was pleasantly surprised with my over all experience. I was offered a Barista style coffee pod upon entry which was awesome and completely unexpected. I loved the free coffee, I think this is a great idea. I was then fortunate enough to speak with 3 different members of staff who were very polite and guided me to the product which l wanted. Friendly and knowledgeable staff plus free coffee means I will be back. Thank you JB Hi ☺

Luke C. was really good in helping us find the best deal when we are looking for a drone. He went above and beyond with trying to meet our needs. He is very patient and also is knowledgeable. He definitely is suited for this job. If anything , I see him as a manager. Thanks Luke!

Tony was amazing with his assistance and advice on our electronic computing accessories! We had a disappointing experience at the Belmont store earlier today and so purchased nothing there!

Taylor is a gem! My husband spent a long time over two days to decide on a laptop, both Taylor and Goody (Microsoft expert) stayed back explaining our options when the store had closed! Then she did more research and the next day we came she had more options for us, a truly personalised service. We also got looked after price wise. A 6star experience!!

These guys are always helpful and assist quickly to get you in and out without fuss.

Plenty of parking depending on time of day. Lunch times seem a bit more demanding on parking , but I have never failed to get a spot.

I purchased a TV Friday and have had issues with ghosting, so this morning (Sunday) I filled out an online form. Within 20 minutes Jules from JB Osborne Park called me and asked me to bring it back for a replacement.

When I arrived at the store Jules helped me straight away. It was an extremely easy process with great service from a good bloke.

Came into to get a new tv & Jules went above & beyond to help me with the best product, price & information on everything. Ended up getting something different than I had in mind before going in & couldn’t be happier with the knowledge he shared. Also super friendly customer service & not pushing me at all, just really good advice. Ended up dropping down in size & getting a way better higher quality tv & really nice sound bar. Couldn’t imagine a different tv or without the soundbar! Can’t shop anywhere else now! Would highly recommend if you need anything in the department.

Jules and Hudson in the TV department were amazing! My partner and I came to look for a new TV, Jules helped us find the perfect TV and bracket. Hudson helped us find a great sound bar system. The online team really stuffed up my whitegoods order with no action, no updates for a week. Went in store and Ryan (and Georgia) got things back on track and delivered within a few days. 👍

Called online for a price match and Wasii not only gave me a cheaper price, but also bundled a sounbar in for my TV purchase. Wasii helped me save over 700 dollars and was an absolute pleasure to chat with.
