Great Service in the shoe section today. The lady working there at 2pm today was very fast and was helping many people at once!

Went in to the store on Sunday 13/8/23 to look at shoes.
Even though the store was very busy and we had to wait for help, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We bought a nice pair of trainers at a reasonable price. The cashier was very friendly and signed us up for a loyalty card. Very happy with the experience.

I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered. Wide range of products. Very well priced. Highly recommend this place.

Rarely feel compelled to write good reviews of places these days but I felt I had to with this one. My mother and I left actually shocked at how good the service was. You just don't get that often anymore. Plenty of staff, who were easy to find, proactive, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and prompt. Keep up the good work Rebel Innaloo, I'll keep coming back for the same experience. It's so great when I prefer to shop for sporting goods in store.

I chose to visit this store and checked previous reviews which were excellent. I was particularly impressed by a review by someone who had a similar issue to me. The person who had assisted this woman wasn’t there but Lachlan who offered to help me was absolutely amazing. He listened to my concerns and offered advice on various shoes based on what I’d told him. I felt that Lachlan really cared about getting the best outcome for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. I left the store 100% satisfied - thanks Lachlan!

Needed some new footy boots and staff member Sean provided an excellence service. Gave me different boots to try and got new sizes when I asked. Top notch!

Staff have always been very helpful. Prices are good and the do great promotions year-round. Also a great selection of products across a large range of sports which makes this the store for everyone!

These guys were so fantastic. I needed a new grip for my son's cricket bat and any staff that saw me with the grips said that they'd put it on for free. In the end Michael did the job and he was so good. A real pro at it. Thanks so much. Such simple but amazing service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Jonathan attended to us and helped us pick two bikes. He was very patient and answered all our questions and even allowed us to have the bikes for the discounted catalogue price which doesn't start until tomorrow.

Really good floor & management team. I ordered a bball hoop for Christmas, the thing itself was enormous & wouldn't fit in my car. After several failed attempts at this (with the teams help), the store manager organised free next day delivery for me. I was stoked! I continue to come back because of this great experience.

The staff at Innaloo are giving all the Rebels I've been to here in W.A. a run for their money when it comes to customer service and product training. Everyone that served me was friendly and helpful. The store was refreshingly clean and had everything I was looking for. I will definitely be back when I need more sportswear :).

An English sounding guy helped me pick out the perfect pair of running shoes. He wasn't pushy, told me which brand might suit my needs, what the different price ranges related to and helped with sizing. I'm an easy sale as I go in with an idea of what I want but he made it a fast and enjoyable process. Ended up buying two pairs just because he was cool.

Made a phone call spoke to a young man named Sam excellent customer service went into store about an hour later and Sam served me an absolute gentleman and girls at checkout were brilliant also . They greeted me with a smile great team

The staff member who assisted me at the shoe department to find shoes for my son was great, even though I was there just before closing time and he needed to try on quite a few pairs. The store is also nicely laid out.
