Went here to pick up a click collect. Great computer shop with plenty of great hardware and accessories. Staff were happy and very helpful towards any questions I had about the item I picked up (ROG Gaming router) 😊👍🏻

Great service! Did cash and card transaction which was nice being able to use some leftover Christmas cash.

Sadly they don't offer their price beat anymore but their prices are in line with Australian retailers so the price beat would usually only save you $10-$20 anyway.

Decided to pop in to PLE Osborne Park whilst in the area to get 2nd opinion on what Bentley store advised me about 2 particular laptops. Osborne Park Store had both in stock whereas Bentley only had one in stock.
Osborne Park Store is layed out extremely well and has lots of gaming PC examples and also more laptops on display than Bentley.
Staff where very helpful and I was pleased that I dropped in as I was provided with additional vital information to assist me in making a decision on which laptop would suit my needs better.
Once I'm ready to purchase, I'll be back to Osborne Park Store.

Always had good service at PLE and had computer builds and upgrades from them over the years.
The main downside is the repair/upgrade return time, seems to get longer rather than shorter, in recent years.
Plus, in their product range listed, a large amount in the specific component series are not in stock, so will need to be ordered, extending delivery/return duration.
But overall a good company.

Shout out to Connor who helped me purchase my SATA SSD, made it simple, straightforward and quick. He went out of his way and also got it all fixed up. Well done and thanks Connor! Highly recommend PLE Computers.

The PLE Crew in Osbourne Park are angels in disguise. I made an order 2 days ago for a custom built work station/gaming PC. I made the totally unreasonable request of asking them to fast track build the tower a day before a public holiday and they smashed it out the minute they had all the components on hand. From online order to completed build in just over 2 days. Epic service!

Took my son in, as he wanted some advice about buying a PC. The staff were extremely helpful and spent about half an hour helping him. Didn't buy anything, but we are thankful for their help 🙏

Went to PLE to get a new gaming PC for my son, I had little clue but the guys there were so helpful and gave me loads of advice to set it up the best way possible. Ready in time for his Birthday, super efficient, quick communication, great prices, lovely staff. Definitely think it's the best option for gaming PCs in Perth.

Cheap price got an M2 SSD there. Good already installed nice.

This store is the best store I’ve ever been until now and the service was very good. The way they talked and explained things was good plus they let us try before we purchase the item. And the price are good no complaints about it. I recon this store is best for purchasing gaming item if you are planning to buy one.

The staff here are efficient and friendly. They offered me great advice as a first-timer, and they gave me confidence building my first gaming pc by myself. Very reasonably priced and well stocked. They had everything I needed and wanted to build the pc I wanted, I was in and out in less than 1 hour.

Bought a faulty USB wireless adapter. Returns and Repair team were super understanding and arranged a replacement dual band PCIe solution the next day. I have been buying my PC gear from Wangara and Osborne Park stores for well over 15 years now. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great staff support and advice on what's the best products to buy, they have awesome specials running at any given time and the products are always top of the range without breaking the bank

Great range and service. I think though it's the great value that keeps me recommending PLE to freinds. If you know your way around computer parts enough to assemble yourself you can build something equivalent in performance to the most expensive PC at bofficeborks/harveynormal for the same price as one of thier middle of the range computers. If you aren't confident with assembling yourself (it can be difficult) they also offer a assembly service which cost a fair price for the labour and will still leave you with a far better computer per dollar than you'd get buying one at a store that doesn't specialise in computers.

I think also the the click and collect type of thing you can do is really great. 2 days ago used the website to assemble a collection of parts for a new PC for a family member to replace their previous one (also from ple parts 10 years ago), they got the parts and I assembled it today and it works perfectly, and likely to last another 10 years. I think performance per dollar value is still important even for people who mostly just do office as the demands of software and operating systems grow with each update and just like iphones when a new model comes out you will expeirence issues when you've been using the same machine for a decade.

I also want to say that it's important to consider that theres an underappreciated value to purchasing from Australian stores as theres protections under australian consumer law that are almost the same as a warranty, and whilst I've never had any issues with any purchases from PLE, I have had issues with international purcases and if those had been from PLE, Australian consumer law would have provided protection.

My only complaint is not with PLE but with microsoft windows, why in the 9 divines is windows 11, in 2023, sold as a disc??? who has dvd drives??? if you buy parts to assemble a PC get a 8gb flash drive whilst ur at it bc dvds are a pain
