Vans Chadstone

Me and my husband went to the store last weekend. The team at this store is exceptional. They have friendly and knowledgeable staffs who are well-acquainted with their products. Brittany was particularly helpful, making shopping here a delightful experience! You're a gem!

Just wanna give a shoutout to Dylan from Vans Chadstone. Dope vibe from get go as soon as I entered the store. Even with a massive sale going on he took the time to go that extra mile for the sale. He was the right balance of helpful while not being too intrusive as a sale person. Shots to you my guy keep up the great work.

Walked round the mall for awhile and Vans was the only place with decent customer service skills 👏🏽 Everyone else either looked at you and didn’t smile or got no acknowledgement at all. However we came away stoked at Vans with our purchase and their customer service!!

came to shop there yesterday and it was probably the best experience I had as a customer. the lady and man working were extremely nice. there was a whole Bunch of shoes to select and the items on sale weren't a normal %5 - %30 off it was a %50!!! definitely come back.

The team at this store are fantastic. As I have half a size difference between my left and right feet, its always hard to purchase shoes for me. They guys were patient and made sure I was comfortable. Great job thank you.

10/10 customer service :) I made a mistake with my shoe sizes when i was ordering online, thankfully Ben from the chadstone Vans shop was there to save the day!! Came in and he has worked some shoe magic to get me the last pair of the size left in Australia, thank you very much!

Fantastic staff at the store. They were really patient with me as I was not satisfied with the fit of the hoodie, they made sure I had the correct fit. At the end I was a happy customer.
