Having dealt with Randall & Martin for some years I can say these professionals have never pressured us to pass a vehicle that wasn’t fit for purpose unlike many other dealers here in Brisbane. They deal in high vehicles and do not sell anything less than high quality. You will be treated well, receive honest and professional service and further I have never had a complaint from one of their customers as we are all on the same page as far as safety and quality. As a professional vehicle inspection company it is refreshing to see that good guys still exist. Always have a vehicle inspected yourself so you and the family mechanic know what you are buying but at least when you buy from here quality and service are assured.

We can't thank Randolf and his team enough for such a wonderful experience. We bought our BMW hassle free and with the best service. The car was brought to our house for a test drive and when we picked it up it had a full tank of fuel and was fully detailed.

Randolf was extremely helpful and even helped us ensure we had the correct details in our insurance policy.

I purchased a used 200 series Toyota Land Cruiser from Caravana Brisbane Oxley Avenue Redcliffe and found them to be a very honest company to deal with. I purchased the vehicle without having it mechanically inspected (which you really should do when buying a used vehicle) but was assured by the manager of car sales, Randolf, that I would only be wasting my money paying for an inspection as he assured me the car had been thoroughly checked over and was in perfect condition. Since purchasing the vehicle I have had it serviced and checked over by a mechanic I have been taking my vehicles to for many years and was happy to be advised by him that I had purchased a sound vehicle, in his words, a beauty. Randolf was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of the purchase and even assisted with the sale of our old vehicle. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a good used vehicle.

From the moment we walked in we’re were warmly greeted by Randolph who walked us through, offered us beverages, was clear in his communications, answered all our questions.
Took for test drive, again open to all our questions, we’re happy with my car, loved the bow on our car, clean well presented 🎁 vehicle.👍🤗

What a surprise to receive such good service from the moment we arrived. Reception staff enthusasticaly welcomed us to their caravan showroom and introduced us to a team member who patiently listened to what we were looking to buy and was very helpful.. Also, surprised to see a good selection of quality used cars, one of which is on our shortlist.

My experience with Caravana Brisbane was wonderful. I felt Randolf was very trustworthy with absolutely no pressure. As the showroom is a good hour and a half away from me, Randolf and I connected live on the internet to show me the car inside and out, while I asked questions...and I had a lot 😂😆 and he llistened to me with no rush.
Overall, the process was easy with clear communication and the price was exactly as negotiated with no last minute surprises and I feel Randolf went above and beyond in helping me out. Such a lovely fella it was a pleasurable experience getting the car I've been searching for! When down that way again, I'll be just dropping in to say hello!
