The after sales help from Harvey Norman is fabulous. I bought some outdoor furniture that I had trouble putting together (due to my own fault) and the lovely guys at Harvey Norman (Lachie & Brendon) came to my place to put it together for me. They didn’t have to do that for me but was so kind. I was so grateful. Thanks

I picked up a smart phone via Click and Collect and the staff member who served me was friendly and efficient. I forgot to order a glass protector and even though it was an older model he was able to print out a new protector with the correct specifications using their machine straight away. Very helpful, thank you!

He took time and shows us varieties of products and describe them all which helped us to find the right product for us. We bought Samsung sound bar Q990C. In all my years of shopping I've had some "good" shopping experiences but none of them hold a candle to this experience. If you go to this particular harvey norman and your looking for anything in the electrical section make sure you see Cale. He sold me monitor today and he went above and beyond. Plugged in a laptop to it for me so I could see it properly in action. He walked me through the features, taught me a few things and sure, even shared a laugh or 2. This is the pinnacle of shopping experiences.

Purchased a Hisense TV from Harvey Norman at Rothwell and had it delivered today.

We have been happy customers from Harvey Norman for years. In different departments . Recently we have a nice and good experience with the bedding and matresses department HN Rothwell. The staff look after me/us very well. My wife and I, would like special to thanks Ian Webb, the Propietor of the matresses and bedding department, to guide and look after us so very well. We would recomend them to every one.

Out of all the Harvey Norman, this one is the best one to go to very friendly, and they will bend over backwards to help you. plus what I have found. They are not full of bull .. awesome team. Well done

I recently had a rather difficult experience dealing with LG electronics, but I am pleased to say that my encounter with Joe from Harvey Norman turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. Joe worked diligently to find a fair resolution and had an attentive approach. I highly recommend Joe and Harvey Norman for their service and commitment to resolving customer issues.

After our daughter and son in law moved out we had a number of items of furniture that needed replacing Tara & Brendan were fantastic and really look after us with price and service. We also needed other items within Harvey Norman so they introduced us around so that we would be look after in the same manner. We have been there many times now to make purchases and they have become good friends. It is really nice to deal with genuine nice people in retail and I would recommend them to anyone and don’t forget to ask for their best price as they will look after you.
