Ryan (or was it spelt Rien, f knows) and I saw these being built in 1984. They were regarded as progressive and ahead of its time for such facilities. Now they're old and sad. Considering they replaced the original toilet block (50m down the road, still locked up) which was built when the dam had finished (early 50's) that is a 30 year gap. So these toilets should have been replaced in 2015 at the latest. TL:DR Toilets are outdated and no longer maintained.
