In a town like cowes where it's near impossible for someone to get into see an actual doctor when needed, rob the pharmacist is an absolute godsend, knowledgeable, helpful and always making sure you end up with what you need, he puts a worrying mother's mind at ease. Rest of the staff are awesome aswell

It was a very friendly positive experience. The staff, Bianca and
Mandy were so patient and helped me and my friend make our selection. Nothing was too much trouble and free wrapping of presents.. Very pleasant old fashioned shopping in Cowes store. Merry Christmas to you all.

Everything you could possibly need and more and if for some reason they don’t have it in stock then they will organize it.
Great professional and friendly staff and the Pharmacists Rob and Trish are knowledgeable, extremely helpful and treat you with respect.
If you don't need your medication straight away then sometimes it’s better to drop it off, do some shopping and come back as they can be quite busy due to their popularity but either way they’re pretty prompt with everything they do. .

Always helpful and got us out of a pickle before a public holiday. Great service.

Very helpful! Had a few questions around ingredients for balms, etc. The pharmacist was happy to take me through everything and provide some advice and samples.

On a weekend visit to the Island our daughter developed gastro symptoms. When buying a box of hydralite icy poles they swapped some of the icy poles in the box for some they had pre frozen so we could get them inti her straight away. This makes so much sense and yet I have never had this happen at any other chemist before. Great service.

Great friendly service located in the quietest part of the shopping strip . If your preferred medication is not in stock the Pharmacist will order it and you can pick it up the next morning !! Parking usualy ok in carpark and street parking is available.
