⚖Your unlawful decision not to adhere to a legally binding document signed and agreed by both parties and yourself leading to a deposit being paid to you.
🚫How you became rude and abusive when it was pointed out that your actions Contravened the Property Occupations Act 2014.
ℹYour inability to provide any tangible evidence to back up your actions.
🆔Your Refusal/inability to Confirm that privacy laws were not breached.
There is a long list of laws and Real Estate Licence terms and conditions you broke. I am Confident I have listed enough of then above to refresh your memory and not jeopardise any current or future investigations by The Office Of Fair Trading into the marter or any Current or future clam against the claim fund for the financial loss you caused.
