I was renting here in a share house when I was a university student and the property manager was entirely horrible. Little did he know I was very fluent in the law and have both parents in real estate, as well as know being a qualified property manager, agent auctioneer everything myself. I would not go there because he got me kicked out of my next apartment based on providing unverified and false and misleading information. At my new apartment the girls were mean to me because I went to fashion week. When they called him for a review, he gave me an extremely poor review about the rental when I had already paid for a bond clean when I had left, and no further instructions were given about a mirror that I left behind- Given the bond cleaner would pick it up. For what he said in relation to what actually happened I would say that he was just looking to take his day out on a little university kid for the day. A definite no-go for me. This forced me to move out of my new apartment, because I couldn't stand up for myself to two women in their later 20's and two property managers about a late rental payment. My rent was only late because of my boss and there was no eviction notice provided, plus a great deal of negativity that was false.
