Such lovely and helpful staff, that went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and find a product alternative that would work for me. She even grabbed my number and did extra research for me, got back to me with a better product and price matched it without me asking at all. So thoughtful. They're so lovely and helpful and genuinely seem to care about giving you good advice and helping you find the right thing for the best price.

We’ve recently moved from Brisbane and have been lucky enough to find this gorgeous group of people who provide the most amazing service! Ashley and her staff cannot do enough to help anyone who comes through their doors with their advice and incredible attention to detail while caring for their customers! I had the recent delightful experience of bringing my Mum to have prescriptions filled on her discharge from SCHU. My Mum particularly mentioned the lovely caring support she received from Pauline in assisting her to find a sunscreen to try for her very sensitive skin. Further to this Tanya the pharmacist was amazing in providing addition support over the phone to clarify questions my Mum had with her prescriptions. Nice to know When she visits from out of town she now tells me she has a favourite pharmacy . Thankyou Ladies, it is a pleasure coming to the pharmacy.

Found this chemist during Covid lock down when I had to shop around to get my daughters asthma medication ( my usually chemist did not help) the staff were absolutely wonderful they gave reassurance & were able to supply a alternative in the short term with a new script & supplied the original a week later ...

I am glad I found such kind helpful & professional people .
They are now my go to chemist, I don’t care if it cost more because if this little independent chemist was not here during Covid I would hate to think what could have happened.
