If you are looking for a yoga class with individual attention, look no further! I have been practising yoga with Sarah for 6 years, and she is also my physio. Sarah's classes are ideal for anyone carrying injuries or chronic pain. The classes are small and the exercises can be modified to suit your requirements. And as a physio, Sarah is an expert on how to do that.

Sarah is an intuitive healer. She is practised in Physiotherapy, Yoga, Pilates and knows things that I’ve never heard of with other Practitioners.
Definitely recommend her and she has an online program which is worth attending if you can see her Face to Face.
