Incredible customer service, after loosing our mechanic we were recommended to Toys to look at our car that was having issues and to get an assessment on whether to fix it or move on. He called my husband with the honest assessment that too much was wrong. He added that there would be no charge!! Then to top it off they dropped the car home, all that for a non paying customer! A sign that they really are a legit trustworthy family company. A+++ we will be back.

I have been bringing ' The Beast ' here for 14 years from ringing up and talking to Jackie who is friendly and a tower of professional information to knowing that Robert and the lads will be taking care of ' The Beast ' I can be assured that what needs to be done will be done with utmost care including receiving a call from Robert if more work than first thought needs to be done and at a price that doesn't make you tremble with fear I wholeheartedly recommend Toy's Mufflers to anyone who is looking for consistently great work from a consistently great bunch of people.

Great service, communication and availability of appointment. Fitted me in right away and they also delivered our car to the tyre shop to have that part of the job done too. Price quoted was very fair and that was the price paid...no little surprises on pick up. Also recommended me another business to help with another issue, i went there and those guys sorted that issue too!! Win win. Very happy with Robert at Toys. Robert (and his mum) run a great business at Toys. They helped me with a new exhaust for my WRX and really made me feel comfortable and at ease with plenty of information, despite how flat out they were I never felt rushed. The price was right and the service was so good that I returned 2 weeks later for phase 2 exhaust and a service. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who loves their car as Robert, Nathan and all the staff here understand this. I trust them and will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks Toys

Back again, for second opinion on another mechanic service gave me a long list of repairs. After I moved. Great experience again, went through and told me what actually was needed and what wasnt.

Been going here for years, and I think I'll make the drive in future if possible. Their work is good, and I can trust them to do a good job at the best price. Only what's needed not extra frills to cost extra.

Great experience with the guys there today. I had a dead battery, still in warranty and they cam and jump started my care, swapped it out in record time!

They were great and helped me with a quick fix for my long trip which still goin fine then when askin for new system(knew i had lil done but thort needed the upgrade) they told me nah ur system gd we will add this and this cuz u dont need knew system....will happily go back anytime i need anythhin done

If you need a good honest reliable mechanic go and see the team at Toys. They are polite and friendly and always willing to drop me somewhere when I drop off the car. I always feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a problem with my muffler. They made time to check it & fix straight away. Very reasonable price & amazing service. I definitely recommend them & will use them in the future.
