Always good but one employee wasnt helpful whch is MOST unusual. (I asked if i could have any old cardboard boxes, he said no, another man in the vegie dept gave me some later) Kipparing branch never has enough small trolleys which is never the problem at Coles at Dolphins, Redcliffe

i had a great experience because of one fine gentleman. Hanz was so helpful with all my needs even though he was so busy. He educated and informed me on all the products I was looking to buy and my shopping experience one of the best ones I’ve had til this date. Will definitely be worth driving to this store because the customer experience is flawless

Just visited today, loved the new dog treat dispenser in aims to reduce unnecessary plastic waste. It's also very easy to use and such a great variety of joint treats, bones and special Halloween pupper treats. Will definitely be shopping here again as the staff are also wonderful!

Not bad easy to get in and out

Live local. have no problem with the service, the workers, nor do i have a problem with the sanity of the shop. obviously prices get higher with change in economy or with problems of production of the item. for example in cyclones, fruit prices go up because the farming needs to restart. They do have good deals for pries aswell

I have always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Store is well laid out and spotless.
I hate shopping but I don't mind going to this particular store.

Fantastic service and great friendly staff I'd a impingement of the sciatica nerve and the young girl helped take products off the shelf and in my trolley then in my car after I'd paid thank you so much. Went back today and she asked how my back was great to get old fashioned customer service😊

It's a while since we have been to Coles so today we ventured back to have a look.
Well lovely to see they have not changed shelves well stocked, plenty of choices, plenty of refrigerators, well stocked so unusual these days.
The only minus was there were only two tills working with quite a few customers waiting.
We will probably have another look on a less busy day.
